Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも2本の長尺用紙乃至長尺シートの重積送出し用と格上げ用との装 置であって、 少なくとも2基の巻出しユニット(1a,1b,1c)を備え、その中でそ れぞれ1本の周期的な間隔を置いて記した標識を有する長尺用紙(3a,3b, 3c)がローラ(2a,2b,2c)の引出しロール(7a,8a,7b,8b ,7c,8c)により引き出され、場合によっては転向ロール(13a,13b,13 c)に導かれ、少なくとも2本の長尺用紙(3a,3b,3c)が重積して1基 の加工ライン(11)に送られ、その中で好ましくは少なくとも2本の長尺用紙( 3a,3b,3c)が、場合によっては互いに個別に、加工ユニットの中を走行 し、更に1基の後処理ユニット(15)に送られる前記装置に於いて、少なくとも 2本の長尺用紙(3a,3b,3c)の長手方向の位置決めを正確に一致させる ための手段を備え、該手段が - 少なくとも2本の長尺用紙(3a,3b,3c)の各々に用紙の全幅にわた って実質的に等しいウェッブテンションを形成するための手段と - 各長尺用紙(3a,3b,3c)の標識の時間的経過を検出するための用紙 走査器(18,17a,17b,17c)と - それぞれの(特にそれぞれの引出しロール(7a,8a,7b,8b,7c ,8c)に配置された)駆動装置乃至制動装置を制御するための制御ユニット( 19)とを 有することを特徴とする前記装置。 2.ウェッブテンションを形成するための手段として少なくとも1対の(特にゴ ムロール(14a,14b)の形態の)引張ロールを備え、該ロー ルを前記加工ライン(11)の後と前記後処理ユニット(15)の前(好ましくは直 前)に配置したことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 3.前記ゴムロール(14a,14b)がその外周に、相当する格上げ製品を収容す るための断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載の装置。 4.前記ゴムロール(14a,14b)の軸が互いに並んでいて前記長尺用紙(3a ,3b,3c)の走行方向に直角の平面上にあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 2項乃至第3項記載の装置。 5.一つの用紙走査器(18)を前記引張ロールの範囲に設け、特に、前記用紙走 行方向に見て、該引張ロールの直前に配置し、一番上ではない長尺用紙(3b, 3c)用の各々の第二の用紙走査器(17b,17c)を前記加工ライン(11)の前 に設け、特に少なくとも2番目の長尺用紙との重積送出しの直前に配置したこと を特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の装置。 6.前記制御装置(19)により前記引張ロールの周速度が制御されていることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第2項乃至第5項のいずれか1項記載の装置。 7.前記後処理ユニット(15)が前記引張ロールに直接接続していることを特徴 とする前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項記載の装置。 8.少なくとも2本の長尺用紙を重積して送り出し、格上げするための方法であ って、周期的な間隔を置いて記した標識を有する複数の長尺用紙(3a,3b, 3c)の各々が、それぞれ1基の巻出しユニット(1a,1b,1c)の中でそ れぞれ1個のローラ(2a,2b,2c)の引出しロール(7a,8a,7b, 8b,7c,8c)により 引き出され、場合によっては転向ロール(13a,13b,13c)に導かれ、少な くとも2本の長尺用紙(3a,3b,3c)が重積して1基の加工ライン(11) に送られ、その中で、場合によっては互いに個別に、加工ユニットの中を走行し 、更に1基の後処理ユニット(15)に送られる前記方法に於いて、少なくとも2 本の長尺用紙(3a,3b,3c)の各々に用紙の全幅にわたって実質的に等し いウェッブテンションを形成し、各長尺用紙(3a,3b,3c)の標識の時間 的経過を検出し、その検出結果を信号の形で制御装置(19)に送って予め与えら れた基準値と比較し、その結果が一つの、特にそれぞれの引出しロール(7a, 8a,7b,8b,7c,8c)に配置された、駆動装置乃至制動装置の制御に 使用されることを特徴とする前記方法。 9.前記長尺用紙(3a,3b,3c)がそれぞれ少なくとも前記加工ライン( 11)の終わりまで張力下に保持されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記 載の方法。
