Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.垂直方向の磁化方向を有するU字形の永久磁石を備え、U字の脚部の間に 、3つの同名の、相互に反発する極によって無磁束の領域が形成され、該領域に おいて磁界に感応するセンサが取り付けられており、かつU字形の脚部の上方に おいてU字の基部に平行な平面において接近可能な面状の強磁性トリガ部材を備 え、該トリガ部材がU字形の脚部の2つの極に接近する際に、前記無磁束の領域 の相殺によってトリガされる、センサの切換信号が評価可能である ことを特徴とする磁界に感応するセンサを備えた近接スイッチ。 2.該近接スイッチは、熱可塑性の合成樹脂から成る、永久磁石用ケーシング を有しており、 該永久磁石は合成樹脂と結合された永久磁石粉末から成り、 該永久磁石および前記ケーシングは、2コンポーネント射出成形技術において製 造されており、その際ケーシングは永久磁石に直接射出成形されたものであり、 かつ永久磁石は包封後に磁化されている 請求項1記載の近接スイッチ。 3.磁界に感応するセンサはケーシングに一緒に成形されたものであるかまた は後から挿入されたものである 請求項2記載の近接スイッチ。
