Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次式で表される導電性で電極活性機能化された共役ポリマーであって、非− 機能化共役ポリマー、即ち、式IにおいてR1、Ri及びRnがHであるものと 同じオーダーの導電性及び電極活性を有するポリマー。 ただし、nは零でない整数であり、iは2からn−1の整数であり、 R1、Ri及びRnは、同じでも異なっていてもよく、H、あるいは、第1の生 物分子またはアンチリガンドと共有結合しうる官能基を表す。 2.前記官能基が、下記の官能基の群から独立に選択される請求項1記載のポリ マー。 Yp−C−X、但しXはH、OH、置換または非置換低級O−アルキルラジカ ル、あるいはハロゲン、特にClを表す;Yp−NHZ、但しZはHまたはアル キルラジカルを表す;Yp−NH−CO−CF3;Yp−X、但しXは上記の定 義により、pは好ましくは0、1または2の整数;−Si(アルキル)3、−S i(アルコキシ)3またはN−ヒドロキシスクシンイミドのような活性化エステ ル基である。 3.前記Yが、1から5の炭素原子を持つアルキル基、1から5の炭素原子を持 つアルコキシル基、一般式(CH2−CH2−0)m−(CH2)m’−に対応 するポリエーテルで、mが1から3の整数でありm’は1又は2の整数であるも のから選択される基である請求項2記載のポリマー。 4.少なくとも1つの第1の生物分子またはアンチリガンドと共有結合した官能 基を含む導電性で電極活性機能化された共役ポリマーであって、下記式IIで表 されるポリマー。 ただし、nは零でない整数であり、iは2からn−1の整数であり、 R’1、R’i及びR’nは、同じでも異なっていてもよく、H、あるいは、第 1の生物分子またはアンチリガンドと共有結合しうるまたは共有結合した官能基 を表す。 5.前記生物分子またはリガンドに結合した官能基が、生物分子またはリガンド との反応の前に、下記の官能基の群から選択される請求項4記載のポリマー。 Yp−C−X、但しXはH、OH、置換または非置換低級O−アルキルラジカ ル、あるいはハロゲン、特にClを表す;Yp−NHZ、但しZはHまたはアル キルラジカルを表す;Yp−NH−CO−CF3;YP−X、但しXは上記の定 義により、pは好ましくは0、1または2の整数;−Si(アルキル)3、−S i(アルコキシ)3またはN−ヒドロキシスクシンイミドのような活性化エステ ル基である。 6.前記生物分子と結合した官能基が、同一であり、第1の生物分子との反応の 前に、−(CH2)−である請求項4または5に記載のポリマー。 7.前記第1の生物分子またはアンチリガンドが、ペプチドまたはペプチド誘導 体、特にGly−Phe、Phe−Pro、及びPhe−Hea−Proから、 及び、CCTAAGAGGGAGTGの配列のオリゴヌクレオチドのようなポリ ヌクレオチドから選択される請求項6記載の共役ポリマー。 8.アンチリガンドとは異なり、アンチリガンドと特異的に相互作用する第2の 生物分子またはリガンドを、インビトロまたはインビボで検出または検定するた めの請求項4から7のいずれかの共役ポリマーの使用方法であって、 前記リガンドと結合していない共役ポリマーと該リガンドと結合した共役ポリ マーとの間の、電位差または電流変化を観察及び/または測定することによって リガンドが検出及び/または検定される方法。 9.タンパク質分解酵素、特にカルボキシペプチダーゼAなどの酵素を検出及び /または検定するための請求項7のポリマーの請求項8記載の使用方法。 10.CCTAAGAGGGAGTGの配列のオリゴヌクレオチドのようなポリ ヌクレオチドを検出及び/または検定するための請求項4から7のいずれかのポ リマーの請求項8記載の使用方法。 11.アンチリガンドとは異なり、アンチリガンドと特異的に相互作用する第2 の生物分子またはリガンドを、インビトロまたはインビボで抽出するための請求 項4から7のいずれかの共役ポリマーの使用方法。 12.前記共役ポリマーを、金属または炭素誘導体などの導電性基体に析出させ るか、または自己支持フィルム状に形成する請求項4から7のいずれかの共役ポ リマーの使用方法。 13.金属または炭素誘導体などの導電性基体と、請求項4から7のいずれかの ポリマーとからなる電極。 14.請求項4から7のいずれかのポリマーからなるポリマーの自己支持フィル ム。
