Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エチレンと4〜10個の炭素原子を有するα−オレフィンとの、少なくとも いくつかの長鎖枝分れを有する、単一部位触媒作用による均一コポリマーを含み 、該コポリマーの密度が約0.89g/cc〜約0.91g/ccである少なく とも1個の内部コア層を含む熱収縮性多層フィルム。 2.4〜10個の炭素原子を有するα−オレフィンがオクテンであることを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 3.均一な分岐コポリマーを他の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと混合 することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 4.他の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーがエチレンと、酢酸ビニル、ア ルキルアクリレート、一酸化炭素、ブタジエン、スチレン、アクリル酸、メタク リル酸、アクリル酸の金属中和塩およびα−オレフィンから成る群から選択され る第二のコモノマーとのコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱 収縮性フィルム。 5.少なくとも2個のコア層を含み、該コア層の各々がエチレ ンと4〜10個の炭素原子を有するα−オレフィンとの、少なくともいくつかの 長鎖枝分れを有する、単一部位触媒作用による均一コポリマーを含み、該コポリ マーの密度が約0.89〜約0.91である熱収縮性多層フィルム。 6.2個のコア層の一方の均一な分岐コポリマーが該2個のコア層の他方の均一 な分岐コポリマーと同一であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱収縮性フィ ルム。 7.4〜10個の炭素原子を有するα−オレフィンがオクテンであることを特徴 とする請求項5に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 8.均一な分岐コポリマーを他の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと混合 することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 9.他の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーがエチレンと、酢酸ビニル、ア ルキルアクリレート、一酸化炭素、ブタジエン、スチレン、アクリル酸、メタク リル酸、アクリル酸の金属中和塩およびα−オレフィンから成る群から選択され る第二のコモノマーとのコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱 収縮性フィルム。 10.均一な分岐コポリマーの密度が約0.90g/cc〜約 0.91g/ccであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 11.一般構造:シール/コア/バリヤ/コア/耐酷使を有し、コア層の各々が エチレンと4〜10個の炭素原子を有するα−オレフィンとの単一部位触媒作用 による同一の均一長鎖分岐コポリマーを含み、該コポリマーの密度が約0.89 g/cc〜約0.91g/ccである熱収縮性多層フィルム。 12.4〜10個の炭素原子を有するα−オレフィンがオクテンであることを特 徴とする請求項11に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 13.均一な分岐コポリマーを他の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと混 合することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 14.他の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーがエチレンと、酢酸ビニル、 アルキルアクリレート、一酸化炭素、ブタジエン、スチレン、アクリル酸、メタ クリル酸、アクリル酸の金属中和塩およびα−オレフィンから成る群から選択さ れる第二のコモノマーとのコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載 の熱収縮性フィルム。 15.均一な分岐コポリマーの密度が約0.90g/cc〜約0.91g/cc であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 16.バリヤ層が塩化ビニリデンコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項11 に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 17.バリヤ層が塩化ビニリデン−メチルアクリレートコポリマーを含むことを 特徴とする請求項16に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 18.シール層がエチレンと、酢酸ビニル、アルキルアクリレート、アクリル酸 、メタクリル酸、アクリル酸の金属中和塩およびα−オレフィンから成る群から 選択されるコモノマーとのコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載 の熱収縮性フィルム。 19.さらに、層間接着を促進するための別の内部層を含むことを特徴とする請 求項11に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 20.a)シール層; b)密度が約0.89g/cc〜約0.91g/ccである均一な長鎖分岐エチ レンα−オレフィンコポリマーを含む第一コア層; c)バリヤ層; d)密度が約0.89g/cc〜約0.91g/ccである均一な長鎖分岐エチ レンα−オレフィンコポリマーを含む第二コア層; e)耐酷使層 を含み、第一コア層の均一な分岐エチレンα−オレフィンが第二コア層の均一な 分岐エチレンα−オレフィンと異なる熱収縮性多層フィルム。 21.さらに、層間接着を促進するための別の内部層を含むことを特徴とする請 求項20に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 22.a)エチレンと4〜10個の炭素原子を有するα−オレフィンとの単一部 位触媒作用による均一コポリマーを含み、該コポリマーが長鎖枝分れを有し、密 度が約0.89g/cc〜約0.91g/ccであるシール層; b)バリヤ層;および c)エチレンと4〜10個の炭素原子を有するα−オレフィンとの単一部位触媒 作用による均一コポリマーを含み、該コポリマーが長鎖枝分れを有し、密度が約 0.89g/cc〜約0.91g/ccである耐酷使層 を含む熱収縮性多層フィルム。 23.一般構造:シール/コア/バリヤ/コア/耐酷使を有し、2個のコア層の 各々が、5.63以上のI10/I2および(I10/I2)−4.63以下のMw/ Mnを有するエチレンとオクテンとの同じ均一コポリマーを含み、該コポリマー の密度が約0.89g/cc〜約0.91g/ccである熱収縮性多層フィルム 。 24.コア層の少なくとも一方が、さらに、均一なエチレンオクテンポリマーと 混合した他の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請 求項23に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 25.他の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーがエチレンと、酢酸ビニル、 アルキルアクリレート、一酸化炭素、ブタジエン、スチレン、アクリル酸、メタ クリル酸、アクリル酸の金属中和塩およびα−オレフィンから成る群から選択さ れる第二のコモノマーとのコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項24に記載 の熱収縮性フィルム。 26.さらに、層間接着を促進するための別の内部層を含むことを特徴とする請 求項25に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 27.a)シール層; b)5.63以上のI10/I2および(I10/I2)−4.63以下のMw/Mn を有し、密度が約0.89g/cc〜約0.91g/ccである均一なエチレン オクテンコポリマーを含む第一コア層; c)バリヤ層; d)5.63以上のI10/I2および(I10/I2)−4.63以下のMw/Mn を有し、密度が約0.89g/cc〜約0.91g/ccである均一なエチレン オクテンコポリマーを含む第二コア層; e)耐酷使層 を含む熱収縮性多層フィルム。 28.第一コア層の均一なエチレンオクテンコポリマーが第二コア層の均一なエ チレンオクテンコポリマーと異なることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の熱収縮 性多層フィルム。 29.さらに、層間接着を促進するための別の内部層を含むことを特徴とする請 求項27に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 30.第一および第二コア層の少なくとも一方の均一なエチレンオクテンコポリ マーを他の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポ リマーと混合することを特徴とする請求項27に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。 31.他の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーがエチレンと、酢酸ビニル、 アルキルアクリレート、一酸化炭素、ブタジエン、スチレン、アクリル酸、メタ クリル酸、アクリル酸の金属中和塩およびα−オレフィンから成る群から選択さ れる第二のコモノマーとのコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項30に記載 の熱収縮性フィルム。 32.一般構造:シール/コア/耐酷使を有し、コア層がエチレンと4〜10個 の炭素原子を有するα−オレフィンとの単一部位触媒作用による均一長鎖分岐コ ポリマーを含み、該コポリマーの密度が約0.89g/cc〜約0.91g/c cである熱収縮性多層フィルム。 33.さらに第二のコア層を含み、該コア層がエチレンと4〜10個の炭素原子 を有するα−オレフィンとの単一部位触媒作用による均一長鎖分岐コポリマーを 含み、該コポリマーの密度が約0.89g/cc〜約0.91g/ccであるこ とを特徴とする請求項32に記載の熱収縮性フィルム。
