Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.培地中の特定の微生物菌株の存在を検出する方法であり、前記菌株の酵素に 対する基質である少なくとも1種の色原体、および高濃度の、炭水化物から選ば れた少なくとも1種の化合物を培地中に添加し、色原体の加水分解後に発色団の 基本色とは異なる誘導された色を得ることを特徴とする、前記方法。 2.培地がペプトン基本培地である、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.炭水化物の濃度が10〜30g/l のオーダーである、請求の範囲第1項または第 2項記載の方法。 4.培地が高濃度のホスフェートを含有する、請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいず れかに記載の方法。 5.ホスフェートの濃度が1〜3g/l の範囲内である、請求の範囲第4項に記載 の方法。 6.培地が少なくとも2種の色原体を含有する、請求の範囲第1項〜第5項のい ずれかに記載の方法。 7.色原体が化学的に同族の化合物である、請求の範囲第1項〜第6項のいずれ かに記載の方法。 8.2種の色原体が、カップリング反応を生じうる、2種の異なる発色団を加水 分解により遊離する、請求の範囲第1項〜第7項のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.色原体が、インドキシル系、特にアルキル化、ハロゲン化またはジハロゲン 化インドキシル誘導体である、請求の範囲第1項〜第8項のいずれかに記載の方 法。 10.発色団が、インドキシル誘導体であるブロモインドキシル、クロロインドキ シル、ジクロロインドキシル、クロロブロモインドキシル、トリクロロインドキ シルおよびメチルインドキシルから、特に6-クロロインドキシル、5-ブロモイン ドキシル、3-ブロモインドキシル、4,6-ジクロロインドキシル、6,7-ジクロロイ ンドキシル、5-ブロモ-4- クロロインドキシル、5-ブロモ-6- クロロインドキシ ルまたは4,6,7-トリクロロインドキシルのインドキシル誘導体から選択される、 請求の範囲第1項〜第9項のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.微生物が酵母類である、請求の範囲第1項〜第10項のいずれかに記載の方法 12.酵母がカンジダ属に属するものである、請求の範囲第10項に記載の方法。 13.微生物が細菌類である、請求の範囲第1項〜第10項のいずれかに記載の方法 。 14.細菌が、ストレプトコッカス属、クレブシエラ属、エンテロバクター属、エ シェリヒア属、シトロバクター属、スタフィロコッカス属、リステリア属、クロ ストリジウム属またはプロテウス属に属するものである、請求の範囲第13項に記 載の方法。
