Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポテンシャルなしに配置されたセンサ素子を有しており、このセンサ素子 は、酸素イオンを伝導する、有利に片側が閉塞された管の形の固体電解質体及び 導電性の接点を備えた電極を有しており、この場合、センサ素子は、封止リング によって金属ケーシングにはめ込まれており、かつ少なくともケーシングに面し た導電性の接点が電気絶縁層によって封止リングの範囲内でケーシングに対して 電気絶縁されている、ガスの酸素含量を測定するための、殊に内燃機関の排ガス 中の酸素含量を測定するための電気化学測定センサにおいて、絶縁層(21)が 、加熱によって結晶質の非金属材料で充填された釉薬が形成される、結晶質の非 金属材料とガラス化材料の混合物から形成されていることを特徴とする、電気化 学測定センサ。 2.請求項1記載の2つの材料のそれぞれが混合物の少なくとも10容量%で ある、請求項1記載の測定センサ。 3.結晶質の非金属材料がAl2O3、Mg−スピネル、フォルステライト、M gOにより安定化されたZrO2、CaO−及び/又はY2O3により安定化され たZrO2、安定化されていないZrO2もしくはHfO2又はこれら物質の混合 物からなる、請求項1記載の測定センサ。 4.絶縁層(21)が、少なくとも近似的に固体電解質体(23)の材料の熱 膨張係数に適合している熱膨張係数を有している、請求項1記載の測定センサ。 5.結晶質の非金属材料が熱膨張係数>6×10-6K-1、有利に>7×10-6 K-1を有している、請求項4記載の測定センサ。 6.ガラス化材料がアルカリ土類金属ケイ酸塩ガラスである、請求項1記載の 測定センサ。 7.アルカリ土類金属ケイ酸塩ガラスがバリウム−アルミニウム−シリケート ガラスである、請求項6記載測定のセンサ。 8.バリウム30原子%までがストロンチウムで置換されている、請求項7記 載測定のセンサ。 9.少なくとも電気絶縁する部分(27)の範囲内で中間層(30)が導電性 の接点(27)と絶縁層(21)の間に配置されている、請求項1記載測定のセ ンサ。 10.中間層(30)が固体電解質体(23)の材料からなる、請求項9記載測 定のセンサ。 11.電気絶縁層(21)が少なくとも封止リング(20)の範囲内で固体電解 質体(23)の回りを囲んでいる、請求項1記載測定のセンサ。 12.絶縁層(21)が測定電極(25)を被覆する保護層(29)にまで達し ている、請求項1記載測定のセンサ。 13.絶縁層(21)の層の厚さが10〜100マイクロメートルである、請求 項1記載測定のセンサ。 14.少なくとも封止リング(20)の範囲内で絶縁層(21)の上に、封止リ ング(20)の機械的圧力を吸収することができる被覆層(31)が配置されて いる、請求項1記載の測定センサ。 15.被覆層(31)が、その材料に融剤10%未満が焼結前に添加されている 、密度の高いセラミック層である、請求項14記載の測定センサ。 16.被覆層(31)の材料が固体電解質体(23)の材料からなる、請求項1 5記載の測定センサ。 17.被覆層(31)の厚さが10〜50マイクロメートルである、請求項14 記載の測定センサ。 18.請求項1記載の測定センサのためのポテンシャルなしに配置されたセンサ 素子を製造する方法において、絶縁層の結晶質の非伝導性材料とガラス化材料か らなる混合物をガラス化材料の融点を上回る熱処理にさらすことを特徴とする、 センサ素子の製法。 19.ガラス化材料を前溶融されたガラスフリットの形で請求項18記載の混合 物中に導入する、請求項18記載の方法。 20.ガラス化原料混合物<10%の添加剤を含有するガラスフリットを使用す る、請求項19記載の方法。 21.ガラス化材料をガラス化原料の混合物の形で請求項18記載の混合物中に 導入する、請求項18記載 の方法。 22.ガラス化原料から、>90%の割合でか焼過程の際に結晶水、カーボネー トもしくは他の強熱減量を除去する、請求項18記載の方法。 23.絶縁層(29)の熱処理を固体電解質体(23)との共焼結によって行な う、請求項18記載の方法。
