Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.鉄道車輛の1組の車輪と鉄道車輛の通る軌道とに関連した欠陥状態を検出 する装置に於て、 前記1組の車輪の回転速度を実質的に表すデータを発生する回転測定手段と、 少なくとも前記軌道に対してだいたい垂直な軸線に沿った運動を表すデータを 発生する運動センサと、 前記運動センサ及び前記回転測定手段に結合されて、前記回転速度及び運動デ ータを受取り、この受取った回転速度及び運動データに基づいて、前記1組の車 輪の内の少なくとも1つの車輪に関連した欠陥状態を検出するデータ・プロセッ サと を有している装置。 2.前記データ・プロセッサが、受取った運動データに基づいて、前記軌道の 少なくとも一部分に関連した欠陥状態を検出する様になっている請求項1記載の 装置。 3.前記運動センサが、加速度計、振動センサ及び衝撃センサからなるセンサ の群から選ばれた少なくとも1つのセンサで構成されている請求項2記載の装置 。 4.前記データ・プロセッサが離散的フーリエ・プロセッサで構成される請求 項2記載の装置。 5.前記運動センサが、互いに直交する3つの軸線に沿った加速度を測定する 様に配置された1組の加速度計で構成され、互いに直交する3つの軸線の内の1 つが前記軌道に対してだいたい垂直な軸線である請求項2記載の装置。 6.前記データ・プロセッサが、鉄道車輛の荷重状態を判定する様に、前記加 速度計からのデータを処理する様になっている請求項5記載の装置。 7.前記回転測定手段が、鉄道車輛の速度及び車輪の円周に基づいて回転速度 データを発生する様になっている請求項1記載の装置。 8.鉄道車輛の1組の車輪と鉄道車輛の通る軌道とに関連した欠陥状態を検出 する装置に於て、 前記1組の車輪の回転速度を実質的に表すデータを発生する回転測定装置と、 少なくとも軌道に対してだいたい垂直な軸線に沿った運動を表すテータを発生 する運動センサと、 前記運動センサ及び前記回転測定装置に結合されて、前記回転速度及び運動デ ータを受取るデータ・プロセッサであって、受取った回転速度及び運動データに 基づいて、前記1組の車輪の内の少なくとも1つの車輪に関連した欠陥状態を検 出すると共に、受取った運動データに基づいて、前記軌道の少なくとも一部分に 関連した欠陥状態を検出するデータ・プロセッサと を有している装置。 9.前記運動センサが、加速度計、振動センサ及び衝撃センサからなるセンサ の群から選ばれた少なくとも1つのセンサを有している請求項8記載の装置。 10.前記データ・プロセッサが離散的フーリエ・プロセッサで構成されてい る請求項8記載の装置。 11.前記運動センサが、互いに直交する3つの軸線に沿った加速度を測定す る様に配置された1組の加速度計で構成され、前記互いに直交する3つの軸線の 内の1つが前記軌道に対してだいたい垂直な軸線である請求項8記載の装置。 12.前記データ・プロセッサが、鉄道車輛の荷重状態を判定する様に、前記 加速度計からのデータを処理する様になっている請求項11記載の装置。 13.前記回転測定装置が、鉄道車輛の速度及び車輪の円周に基づいて、回転 速度データを発生する様になっている請求項8記載の装置。 14.鉄道車輛の1組の車輪と鉄道車輛の通る軌道に関連した欠陥状態を検出 する方法に於て、 前記1組の車輪の回転速度を実質的に表すデータを発生する段階と、 少なくとも前記軌道に対してだいたい垂直な軸線に沿った運動を表すデータを 発生する段階と、 前記回転速度及び運動データを処理して、前記1組の車輪の内の少なくとも1 つの車輪に関連した欠陥状態を検出する段階と を含んでいる含む方法。 15.更に、前記運動データを処理して、前記軌道の少なくとも一部分に関連 した欠陥状態を検出する段階を含んでいる請求項14記載の方法。 16.更に、鉄道車輛の荷重状態を判定する為に、互い に直交する3つの軸線を持つ1組の加速度計からのデータを処理する段階を含み 、前記互いに直交する3つの軸線の内の1つが前記軌道に対してだいたい垂直な 軸線である請求項15記載の方法。 17.鉄道車輛の1組の車輪に関連する検出された欠陥状態が「偏平車輪」状 態である請求項14記載の方法。 18.鉄道車輛の1組の車輪に関連する検出された欠陥状態が玉軸受に欠陥の ある状態である請求項14記載の方法。
