Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 礼拝対象としての仏像の本来的機能の外に、
骨つぼの機能と戒名等の物入れの機能を併有した仏像型
骨つぼを提供すること。 【解決手段】 台座１と仏像体１０を含み、台座１は上
面開口部２を有する納骨部３と台座部４を一体に有し、
仏像体１０は、その底部に底蓋部１１を有するととも
に、内部にはその背面開口部１２より戒名等が納められ
る収納部１３を有し、納骨部３に骨が納められてその開
口部２が仏像体１０の底蓋部１１の嵌め込みによって閉
蓋され、仏像体１０の収納部１３には戒名、経歴、教典
等が納められてその開口部１２が後背１４の蓋部１５の
嵌め込みによって閉蓋され、この状態で仏壇等に納めら
れる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、礼拝対象としての
仏像の本来的機能の外に、骨つぼの機能と戒名等の物入
れ機能を併有した仏像型骨つぼに関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明者は、従来より
の一般的な骨つぼを仏壇や、床の間に置くには違和感が
あるが、台座上に座像または立像が設けられた仏像に骨
つぼ機能を持たせれば、これを仏壇等に置いても違和感
がないことに着目し、本発明を完成させたものである。
したがって、本発明の目的は、礼拝対象としての仏像の
本来的機能の外に、骨つぼの機能と戒名等を入れる物入
れの機能とを併有した仏像型骨つぼを提供することにあ
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】この目的を達成するた
め、本発明は、上面開口部を有する納骨部が設けられた
台座と、該台座の納骨開口部が閉蓋される底蓋部が設け
られた仏像体とを含む構成を特徴とし、また、前記仏像
体に戒名、経歴、教典等が納められる収納部が設けられ
るとともに、該収納部の背面側開口部が後背に突設の蓋
部によって閉蓋される構成を特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】発明の実施の形態について図面を
参照して説明する。図１および図２に本発明に係る仏像
型骨つぼの一例が示されている。これら図において、本
骨つぼは、台座と仏像体を含み、これらは木製または陶
磁器製等である。台座１は、上面開口部２を有するつぼ
形状または適宜形状の納骨部３と、該納骨部３と一体の
台座部４を有し、仏像体１０は、その底部に台座１にお
ける上面開口部２に嵌め込まれて該開口部２を閉蓋する
底蓋部１１を有するとともに、本体内部には、その背面
側開口部１２より戒名、経歴、教典等が納められる収納
部１３を有し、該収納部１３の開口部１２は、後背１４
に突設せられた蓋部１５の嵌め込みによって閉蓋される
ようになっている。なお、図示の仏像体１０は、座像の
場合であるが、立像であってもよいことは勿論である。
【０００５】上記の構成に係る本骨つぼは、その台座１
の納骨部３に骨が納められて開口部２が仏像体１０の蓋
部１１の嵌め込みによって閉蓋され、仏像体１０の収納
部１３には、戒名や経歴、教典等がおさめられてその開
口部１２が後背１４の蓋部１５の嵌め込みによって閉蓋
され、この状態において仏壇等に納められる。

【発明の効果】しかして、本仏像型骨つぼによれば、台
座に納骨部が設けられ、該台座上に定置される仏像体に
は戒名等が納められる収納部が設けられているから、礼
拝対象としての仏像の本来的機能の外に、骨つぼの機能
と戒名等の物入れ機能を併有し、これを仏壇等に置いて
も違和感を感じないものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 上面開口部を有する納骨部が設けられた
    台座と、該台座の納骨開口部が閉蓋される底蓋部が設け
    られた仏像体とを含む構成を特徴とする仏像型骨つぼ。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記仏像体に戒名、経歴、教典等が納め
    られる収納部が設けられるとともに、該収納部の背面側
    開口部が後背に突設の蓋部によって閉蓋される構成を特
    徴とする請求項１の仏像型骨つぼ。
