Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 防水シート2を防水下地1に電磁誘導加熱に
より熱溶着材層5を介して接着固定する際、その接着部
の防水シート2の熱変形を防止する。 【構成】 防水下地1の所要位置に、上面に熱溶着材層
5を有する導体片3を設ける。この下地1全面に亘って
その全面を被う防水シート2を張り、防水シート2上か
ら電磁誘導加熱により導体片3を加熱し、溶けた熱溶着
材層5でもって防水シート2を導体片3に接着する。つ
づけて、その接着部に水を含ませた布16を当てがって
強制冷却を行う。この冷却により、熱溶着材層5が速や
かに固化して強化に固着するとともに、防水シート2の
昇温が阻止され、その熱変形が防止される。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、建築又は土木用の防
水工事に用いる防水シートの施工法に関する。

【技術的背景】従来、建築工事又は土木工事の防水作
業、例えば陸屋根等の防水工事において、コンクリート
などの躯体上に防水シートを張り、そのシートを躯体上
に固定する施工法として、例えば特開平4−25464
9号公報などで開示の電磁誘導加熱によってその固定を
行う技術がある。
【0003】この技術は、図1乃至図4を参照して説明
すると、図1に示すように、まず防水下地(躯体上面)
1の周縁を、長尺状の鉄片等の導体片3’で囲み、その
内側には所要位置に導体片3を設け、これらの導体片
3’、3(以下、両者を3とする)は、図2で示すよう
に、アンカー釘4等で下地1に止める。
【0004】つぎに、下地1上に、防水シート2を置
き、図4に示すように、各導体片3上において、溶着工
具6による電磁誘導によって導体片3を発熱させ、この
発熱により、熱溶着剤層5を溶かして防水シート2を導
体片3に接着し、この導体片3、アンカー釘4を介して
下地1に固定する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】この電磁誘導加熱によ
る防水シート2の固定において、導体片3は200℃程
度まで昇温し、一方、通常の防水シート2の溶融温度は
200℃以下のため、図9に示すように、その導体片3
の熱によって防水シート2が溶けて変形(符号a)する
場合がある。夏場は、外気温が高いため冷却速度も遅
く、その変形の恐れは多い。防水シート2の変形は防水
性の劣化につながり好ましくない。また、熱溶着剤層5
の冷却速度が遅いと、防水シート2が動くなどによって
固着力に問題が生じる場合がある。
【0006】この発明の課題は、上記防水シートの変形

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の課題を解決するた
めに、この発明にあっては、前述の電磁誘導加熱によっ
て防水シートを導体片に接着した後、その接着部を強制
冷却して固定する構成としたのである。
【0008】その強制冷却手段としては、水を含ませた
布、氷袋などでその接着部を押さえる、等の各種の手段
を採用し得る。

【作用】このように構成するこの発明に係る防水工法に
あっては、熱溶着材層の溶解によって防水シートと導体
片が接着後、その接着部が強制冷却されるため、その部
分の熱が速やかに奪われ、熱溶着材層が速やかに固化し
て強固に固着するとともに、防水シートの昇温が阻止さ
れてその熱変形が防止される。

【発明の効果】この発明は以上のように構成し、上記作
用によって下記の効果を発揮する。
【0011】 強制冷却によって、防水シートの熱変
形が防止され、かつ強固に接着固定されて、防水効果の
劣化を招くことがない。

【実施例】図1に示すように、まず防水下地1の周縁
を、2mm厚程度の長尺状の鉄片等の導体片3’で囲み、
その内側にはディスク状の導体片3をそれぞれアンカー
釘4を介して設ける。この内側の導体片3は、例えば周
辺部を500mmピッチtで2列(2.75個/m2 )、
その内側を1000mmピッチTで千鳥足状(2.0個/
2 )でそれぞれ配置する。
【0013】内側の導体片3は、図2、図5に示すよう
に、ステンレス製基材3aを皿状にプレス成形し、その
表面にポリエステル樹脂等の溶けて接着性を発揮する熱
可塑性合成樹脂5をホットメルト法などで被覆したもの
である。その形状・大きさは任意である。因みに、この
種の接着性樹脂5を被覆したステンレス板は、この表面
にABS樹脂板、PVC樹脂板を張合せ、自動車、家電
製品、建築材の内外装に使用されている周知のものであ
る。このため、その樹脂コーティングのステンレス板か
ら、打抜きプレスによって導体片3を得る。
【0014】一方、前もって、工場又は現場で、所要幅
のロール状シートをその側縁で接合して、下地1の上面
と同形の防水シート2を作り、前記導体片3が取り付け
られた下地1に、その防水シート2を置いて十分な位置
決めやカッティングによる微調整を行い、防水シート2
上から、各導体片3上に、図3、4で示す溶着工具6を
当てる。この溶着工具6は内部に誘導コイルが設けられ
ており、誘導コイルは、交番電流により励磁され、その
発生磁界の電磁誘導作用により、導体片3にうず電流を
生じさせる。このため、導体片3はうず電流損により発
熱し、上面の接着性樹脂5が溶けて、防水シート2を接
着する。
【0015】溶着工具6は、図3に示すように、高周波
電磁誘導加熱装置10によって、給電・制御され、把持
部6a下面のスイッチ7を押すことによって誘導コイル
に給電される。また、押圧面には耐熱性のシリコーンゴ
ム8が設けられており、このシリコーンゴム8の弾性変
形によって、防水シート2が導体片3の全表面にその凹
凸に添ってぴったり当接して強固に接着固定する。シリ
コーンゴム8に代えて他の耐熱性弾性材を使用し得る。
図中、9は加熱中の表示ランプである。
【0016】電磁誘導加熱装置10は、ケーシング11
内に電源回路、制御盤等を組み込んだものであり、その
表面に、電源ランプ12a、加熱準備中ランプ12b、
加熱中ランプ12c、オーバーヒートランプ12d、電
源スイッチ13、出力切換スイッチ14及び温度表示器
15が設けられている。
【0017】温度表示器15は、その長さ方向に異なる
温度によって変色する素子を並列した周知のものであっ
て、この表示によって、出力切換スイッチ14を、
“強”、“中”、“弱”に適宜に切換える。すなわち、
周囲温度が高ければ、“弱”にする。
【0018】また、電磁誘導加熱装置10は、溶着工具
6への通電時間を、最適なものとするように適宜に設定
可能であり、例えば、スイッチ7による給電後、8秒間
でその給電を停止し、溶着工具6内のブザーを鳴らすと
ともに、ランプ9を消灯する。
【0019】電磁誘導加熱による上記各導体片3への防
水シート2の接着が終了すれば(上記8秒間が経過して
ランプ9が消灯すれば)、その都度、図6に示すよう
に、水を含ませた布16をその接着部に当てがって、強
制冷却を行う。この冷却によって、接着部の熱が奪わ
れ、接着性樹脂5が速やかに固化して強固に固着すると
ともに、防水シート2の昇温が阻止されて、その熱変形
が防止される。
【0020】水を含ませた布16に代えて、図7及び図
8に示す冷却具20、30を採用し得る。図7に示すも
の20は、断熱材21を介在したケース22内にシリコ
ーンシートなどの耐熱性シートからなる袋23を取付
け、この袋23に氷24入りの水25を入れたものであ
る。その袋23の底面を、図7のごとく接着部に当てが
って冷却する。
【0021】図8に示すもの30は、ケース31内にピ
ストン32を設け、このピストン32内に氷34入りの
水35を入れ、その水35を透孔36を通して耐熱性ス
ポンジ33に導き、ピストン32をばね37を介して押
し杆36により押すようにしたものである。同図(a)
に示すように、スポンジ33を接着部に当てがい、同図
(b)に示すように、押杆36を押すと、スポンジ33
が接着部に確実に押し付けられてその中の水が冷却作用
を行う。このとき、水35はピストン32の外側面の隙
間32aからピストン32内に循環する。このため、同
図(a)のようにスポンジ33が復帰(膨張)すると、
冷えた新しい水がスポンジ33内に入り、スポンジ33
の温度上昇が極力抑えられる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】 防水下地1の所要位置に、上面に熱溶着
    材層5を有する導体片3を設け、前記下地1全面に亘っ
    てその全面1を被う防水シート2を張り、その防水シー
    ト2上から電磁誘導加熱により、前記導体片3を加熱
    し、この熱により溶けた熱溶着材層5でもって前記防水
    シート2を導体片3に接着した後、その接着部を強制冷
    却して固定することを特徴とする防水シート施工法。
