Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.テレビジョン信号を処理するシステムにおいて、 多重搬送波複合PAM信号を受信する入力手段(10)と、 適応等化器手段(20)を含み、前記複合信号に応答して調整済み複合信号を 出力端から生ずる信号調整手段(25,27,28,36,40,42)であっ て、該適応等化器手段は、前記搬送波の2つ以上を包含して1組の係数によって 定義された広帯域応答を有し、等化に先立って該2つ以上の搬送波を前記複合信 号のスペクトルから分離することなく、該2つ以上の搬送波を等化する単一等化 デバイスを含んでいるものと、 前記PAM信号の状態を表す誤差信号を導き出す手段(30,38)と、 前記誤差信号を前記信号調整手段に連結する手段(22)とを備えているディ ジタル信号処理装置。 2.請求項1に記載の装置において、 前記多重搬送波複合信号は、第1情報成分によって変調された第1搬送波と第 2情報成分によって変調された第2搬送波とから成り、 前記導き出す手段は、前記調節済み複合信号の前記第1情報成分と前記第2情 報成分を分離する手段と、前記センシング手段からの分離された成分に応答して 前記誤差信号を発生する検出手段とを含んでおり、前記装置はさらに、 前記分離された第1成分と第2成分を結合する手段を含んでいる装置。 3.請求項1に記載の装置において、 前記等化器手段は非時間多重化操作を示す装置。 4.請求項2に記載の装置において、 前記複合信号はディジタル高精細テレビジョン信号であり、前記第1成分と第 2成分はベースバンド・スペクトルで周波数多重化されている装置。 5.請求項4に記載の装置において、 前記第1成分と第2成分は、テレビジョン信号ビデオ・スペクトルの異なる部 分を占有する異なる搬送周波数および異なる帯域幅を示している装置。 6.請求項2に記載の装置において、前記信号調整手段はさらに、 前記等化器手段からの等化された複合信号と、前記検出手段により生成された 誤差信号とに応答して、前記符号点配置の所望の向きを維持するためのデロテー タ手段を含んでいる装置。 7.請求項6に記載の装置において、 前記検出手段は、前記分離された第1成分と第2成分からそれぞれ第1誤差信 号と第2誤差信号を導き出し、 前記等化器手段は前記第1誤差信号と第2誤差信号に反応し、 前記デロテータ手段は前記誤差信号の一方に反応する装置。 8.請求項2に記載の装置において、 前記結合する手段によって結合される前に前記第1成分と前記第2成分の差分 を復号化する手段をさらに含む装置。 9.請求項4に記載の装置において、 前記ベースバンド・スペクトルは、該スペクトルの最低部分を占有する第1周 波数帯域と、該スペクトルの残余部分を占有する第2周波数帯域とによって構成 され、該第1周波数帯域は該第2周波数帯域よりも狭く、該第2周波数帯域より も高いエネルギを示し、該第2周波数帯域よりも高い優先度情報を収めている装 置。 10.請求項9に記載の装置において、 前記第1周波数帯域は低周波数ビデオ情報とーディオ情報を収めており、 前記第2周波数帯域は、標準クロミナンス周波数と標準クロミナンス副搬送波 周波数を含む周波数を占有する高周波数ビデオ情報を収めている装置。 11.請求項1に記載の装置において、 前記適応等化器手段は、端数間隔通過帯域等化器である。 12.テレビジョン信号を処理するシステムにおいて、 複合多重搬送波PAM信号を受信する手段(10)であって、該多重搬送波複 合信号は第1成分によって変調された第1搬送波と、第2成分によって変調され た第2搬送波とを含んでいるものと、 適応等化器手段(20)を含んでいて、非時間多重化操作を示し、前記複合信 号に応答して等化された複合信号を出力端から供給する信号調整手段(18〜2 6)であって、該等化器手段は前記第1変調搬送波と第2変調搬送波を包含する 応答をもち、等化に先立って該第1変調搬送波と第2変調搬送波を前記複合信号 のスペクトルから分離することなく、該第1変調搬送波と第2変調搬送波を等化 する単一等化デバイスを含んでいるものと、 前記調整手段からの調節済み複合信号の前記第1成分と前記第2成分を分離す る手段(32,34)と、 該第1成分に関連する分離されたデータに応答して、対応する出力データを生 成する第1手段(28,40)と、 前記第1手段のそれぞれ対応する入力データと出力データ間のオフセットを表 す第1誤差信号(E1)を生成する第1検出手段と(30)と、 前記第2成分に関連する分離されたデータに応答して対応する出力データを生 成する第2手段(36,42)と、 前記第2手段のそれぞれ対応する入力データと出力データ間のオフセットを表 す第2誤差信号(E2)を生成する第2検出手段(38)とを備え、 前記適応等化器手段(20)は前記第1誤差信号と第2誤差信号に反応するデ ィジタル信号処理装置。
