Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.血球計数フローセルの全血液検体の少なくとも一部の網赤血球を分析する 方法において、 複数の細胞を含む全赤血球細胞の一部と赤血球溶血試薬とを組み合わせるステ ップと、 血球計数フローセルを前記全血液検体と赤血球溶血試薬の部分標本を通過させ るステップであって、前記血球計数フローセルの検出区画を一回に1つずつ前記 細胞を通過させ前記検出区画を少なくとも1本の光ビームを同時に通過させて、 前記細胞を横切ることを含むステップと、 個々の細胞が前記光ビームを横切るときに個々の細胞により散乱される光を検 出するステップと、 前記全血液検体中の網赤血球の比率を得るため個々の細胞により散乱された前 記光を分析するステップと、 とからなることを特徴とする方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法において、中央光散乱角を検出することをさらに特 徴とする方法。 3.請求項1に記載の方法において、個々の細胞が前記検出区画を通過すると き、個々の細胞を電子的に検知をすることをさらに特徴とする方法。 4.請求項3に記載の方法において、前記検出した光散乱と前記の電子的な検 知を組み合わせて、前記網赤血球の比率を得ることをさらに特徴とする方法。 5.請求項1に記載の方法において、前記赤血球溶血試薬を加える前に、染色 試薬と前記全血液検体とを組み合わせることをさらに特徴とする方法。 6.血球計数フローセルの全血液検体の少なくとも一部の網赤血球を分析する 装置において、 複数の細胞を含む全血液検体の一部とを赤血球溶血試薬とを組み合わせる手段 と、 血球計数フローセルを前記全血液検体と赤血球溶血試薬の部分標本を通過させ る手段であって、前記血球計数フローセルの検出区画を一回に1つずつ前記細胞 を通過させ前記検出区画を少なくとも1本の光ビームを同時に通過させて、前記 細胞を横切ることを含む手段と、 個々の細胞が前記光ビームを横切るときに個々の細胞により散乱された光を検 出する手段と、 前記全血液検体中の網赤血球の比率を得るため、個々の細胞により散乱された 前記光を分析する手段と、 を具備することを特徴とする装置。 7.請求項6に記載の装置において、中央光散乱角を検出する手段をを有する ことをさらに特徴とする装置。 8.請求項6に記載の装置において、個々の細胞が前記検出区画を通過すると きに、個々の細胞を電子的に検知をする手段を有することをさらに特徴とする装 置。 9.請求項8に記載の装置において、前記検出した光散乱と前記の電子的検知 とを組み合わせて、前記網赤血球の比率を得る手段をさらに有することを特徴と する装置。 10.請求項6に記載の装置において、前記赤血球溶血試薬を加える前に、染 色試薬と前記全血液検体とを組み合わせる手段を有するとをさらに特徴とする装 置。
