Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次のような工程で構成される、金属などの光沢効果を与える材料を基板( 10)に被着する方法: a)−基板(10)を洗浄すること、及び/あるいは、基板の上に基層(12 )を塗布すること。 b)−場合によっては、プラズマで支援して、析出させることによって、洗浄 済み、及び/あるいは、基層を被着した基板に光沢効果を発生させる材料を被着 すること。 c)−粉末エナメル層を焼き付けることによって、最上層を塗布すること。 2.最上層(12)の上に保護層を被着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の方法。 3.約120℃〜240℃の基板の温度で、粉末エナメル層の形で基層(12 )を焼き付けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 4.約8分〜30分間にわたって、粉末エナメル層を焼き付けることを特徴と する請求項3に記載の方法。 5.基層(10)を備えた基板(10)を反応室(24)の中に配置し、その 反応室の中では、少なくとも1 0-4〜10-5ミリバール、特に、10-4〜10-5ミリバールの圧力があり、引き 続いて、約1〜10-3ミリバールの圧力PPを発生させるためのプロセス・ガス を反応室に供給し、更に、圧力PPで、プラズマ・プロセスを実行することを特 徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1に記載の方法。 6.約120℃〜240℃の基板の温度で、最上層(16)を焼き付けること を特徴とする少なくとも請求項1に記載の方法。 7.約8分〜30分間にわたって、最上層(16)の焼き付けを行うことを特 徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 8.静電気によって、あるいは、焼結によって、特に、サイクロン焼結法で、 粉末エナメル層に必要とされる粉末を被着することを特徴とする前記請求項のい ずれか1に記載の方法。 9.基層(12)、及び/あるいは、最上層(16)のそれぞれの層の厚さが 、約25μm〜125μmであることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1に記 載の方法。 10.基板(10)の上に被着された層(12、14、 16)が、約50μm〜250μmの全体的厚さを有することを特徴とする前記 請求項のいずれか1に記載の方法。 11.プラズマを発生、あるいは誘導するために、高周波、直流電圧、単一の 陰極噴霧、あるいは二重陰極噴霧、アーク気化、あるいは、レーザーを利用する ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1に記載の方法。
