- 【特許請求の範囲】安定化酸化ハフニウム粉末または酸化ハフニウム含有粉末の製造方法 1.少なくとも1種の硬化された及び/または細かく分散された添加物を含み 、沈殿点の直前まで中和されたハフニウム塩、またはハフニウムまたはジルコニ ウムあるいはチタンを含む塩を電磁振動励起により噴霧して液滴にせしめ、前記 液滴をアンモニア及び/または蒸気の作用により凝集して分離したゲル粒子にせ しめ、及びその後前記ゲル粒子を、アンモニア塩または加水分解生成物がなくな るまで洗浄し、脱水、乾燥、及び焼成する、特に粉砕粉末用の、安定化酸化ハフ ニウム粉末または酸化ハフニウム含有粉末の製造方法。 2.噴霧のために、少なくとも1つのノズル、または溶液を少なくとも1つの ノズルへ移送するラインを電磁振動する請求項1に記載の方法。 3.好ましくは1.1:1を越える窒化物−ハフニウムモル比を有する窒化ハ フニウムをハフニウム塩として使用する請求項1に記載の方法。 4.金属−有機ハフニウム化合物、好ましくはアセテート、プロピオネート、 及びアルコキシ化合物を使用する請求項1に記載の方法。 5.水溶性金属塩及び/または細かく分散された金属酸化物を添加物として使 用する請求項1に記載の方法。 6.窒化イットリウム及び/または窒化ランタニド及び/または二酸化チタン 及び/または水溶性有機ポリマー例えば ポリビニルアルコール及び/または分散剤例えばイソプロパノールまたはテトラ ヒドロフルフリルアルコールを添加剤として使用する請求項1に記載の方法。 7.軟質チューブ壁上に電磁振動を移動することにより機械的振動を発生する 請求項1に記載の方法。 8.前記洗浄されたゲル粒子の脱水を、水と混和し得るアルコールを用いて行 なう請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記ゲル粒子の脱水をイソプロパノールを用いて行なう請求項1ないし8 のうち少なくとも1項に記載の方法。 10.前記ゲル粒子を湿った空気中で600ないし900℃の温度で焼成する 請求項1ないし8のうち少なくとも1項に記載の方法。 11.焼成を不活性ガス雰囲気中で行なう請求項1ないし8のうち少なくとも 1項に記載の方法。 12.前記水溶液を噴霧する前に沈殿点の直前まで緩衝または中和させる請求 項ないし8のうち少なくとも1項に記載の方法。 13.少なくとも1種の硬化された及び/または細かく分散された添加物を含 み、沈殿点の直前まで中和されたハフニウム塩、またはハフニウムまたはジルコ ニウムあるいはチタンを含む塩を電磁振動励起により噴霧して液滴にせしめ、前 記液滴をアンモニア及び/または蒸気の作用により予備凝集し、その後水溶性ア ンモニアーアルカリ沈殿浴中に収集し、ここで分離してゲル粒子にせしめ、及び その後前記ゲル粒子を、アンモニア塩または加水分解生成物がなくなるまで洗浄 し、アルコールを用いてよく脱水し、乾燥、及び焼成する、少なくとも100μ m好ましくは100ないし3000μmの粒径で、好ましくは高比密度を有する 堅固に焼結された粉砕ボールとして使用するための安定化酸化ハフニウム粉末ま たは酸化ハフニウム含有粉末の製造方法。 14.中和された窒化ハフニウム溶液、窒化イットリウム溶液、ポリビニルア ルコール溶液を含む注入溶液を、少なくとも1つの機械的に振動されたノズルに 強制的に通して液滴を形成する工程、前記液滴をアンモニアガス雰囲気にさらし 、固体表皮を形成する工程、表面凝集された前記粒子をアンモニア溶液中に収集 する工程、前記アンモニア溶液中における残留時間の後、前記粒子を窒化物がな くなるまで洗浄し、アルコールで脱水し、及びその後乾燥する工程、得られた盛 り込み可能な乾燥粒子を焼成する工程を含むY2O3−安定化HfO2から高密セ ラミック部材を製造する方法。 15.前記ホース部材を、約1100Hzの振動周波数にさらす請求項14に 記載の方法。 16.前記アンモニア溶液中に表面凝集された粒子の残留時間は、約30分間 である請求項14に記載の方法。 17.前記粒子を空気中、好ましくは約400ないし700℃の温度範囲で、 好ましくは500℃で焼成する請求項14に記載の方法。
