Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.母の血液試料のNFEsを他の全ての凝集した細胞から分離すること及び 非凝集の母の赤血球から該NFEsを単離することを特徴とする母の血液から凝 集した胎児の赤血球を単離する方法。 2.前記血液試料は、末梢の母の血液である請求項1の方法。 3.前記試料は、約5−50mlの母の血液であることを特徴とする請求項1 の方法。 4.前記NFEsを除く全ての凝集した細胞を保持する装置に前記血液を通過 させること及び該装置を通過した前記赤血球を収集することを特徴とする前記母 の血液試料の前記赤血球を他の凝集した細胞から分離する請求項1の方法。 5.前記装置は、白血球減少装置である請求項4の方法。 6.細孔勾配物質を通した遠心分離を特徴とする非凝集の母の赤血球から前記 NFEsを単離する請求項1の方法。 7.前記非凝集の赤血球を溶解することを特徴とする非凝集の母の赤血球から 前記NFEsを単離する請求項1の方法。 8.前記非凝集の母の赤血球を、塩化アンモニウムで溶解する請求項7の方法 。 9.前記赤血球を固相境界性の抗体、特に、前記凝集した赤血球とくっつくも のとを反応させること及び非境界性の前記非凝集の赤血球を前記凝集した赤血球 と分離することを特徴とする非凝集の母の赤血球から前記NFEsを単離する請 求項7の方法。 10.母の血液試料の赤血球を他の全ての凝集した細胞から分離すること、非凝 集の母の赤血球からNFEsを単離すること及び単離した該NFEsと会合して いる核酸を分析することを特徴とする凝集した胎児の赤血球の生重合体を分析す る方法。 11.自然のままの膜を持つNFEsの前記核酸を分析する請求項10の方法。 12.前記試料は、末梢の母の血液試料である請求項10の方法。 13.前記NFEsを除く全ての細胞を保持する装置に前記全血液を通過させる こと及び該装置を通過した前記赤血球を収集することを特徴とする前記母の血液 試料の前記赤血球を他の凝集した細胞から分離する請求項10の方法。 14.前記装置は、白血球減少装置である請求項12の方法。 15.細孔勾配物質を通した遠心分離を特徴とする非凝 集の母の赤血球から前記NFEsを単離する請求項10の方法。 16.単離した前記NFEsの濃度を濃くすることを特徴とする請求項10の方 法。
