Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 膜蒸留原理にしたがって機能する特に家庭で使用する浄水器において、 膜蒸留工程を開始する以前に、入ってくる原水を脱ガスするための脱ガス手段 (7)、 脱ガスされた水を膜蒸留するための膜手段(16)、及び 脱ガスされたが蒸留されていない水の水位が予め決めた下部水位に低下したと きに、脱ガスされたが蒸留されていない残留水量を排出ために機能する流出口手 段(20)、 を特徴とする特に家庭で使用する浄水器。 2. 入ってくる原水のための容器(3)は、上部水位検出器(4)、下部水 位検出器(18)及び温度検出器(11)を備え、 原水が前記容器(3)内の上部水位に達したとき、前記上部水位検出器(4) が、前記脱ガス手段(7)に原水を循環させそのあと前記容器(3)に戻させる 循環手段(5)の作動を開始させるために機能するとともに、原水加熱手段(9 )の作動を開始させるためにも機能し、 低下した水位が前記容器(3)内の下部水位に達したとき、前記下部水位検出 器(18)が、残留している蒸留されない水の排出に関する前記流出口手段(2 0)の開放部を作動させるために機能し、且つ 原水の温度が予め決めた値に達したとき、前記温度検出器(11)が、前記脱 ガス手段(7)への循環を止めるために機能するとともに、脱ガスされた水の蒸 留を開始するために膜手段(16)に脱ガスされた水を循環させるために機能す る、 ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浄水器。 3. 脱ガスによる生成物を吸引により除去するため、及びこの生成物を前記 流出口手段(20)まで輸送する間に前記生成物を凝縮するために前記脱ガス手 段(7)の近傍に設けた上部ファン(10)を特徴とする請求項1に記載の浄水 器。 4. 前記温度検出器(11)が、水の温度が予め決められた温度から所定値 だけ外れたときに、開始している膜蒸留を中断するために用いられるとともに、 膜蒸留工程を再開する以前に、残留水全量の脱ガス及び加熱を開始するために用 いられることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の浄水器。 5. 原水の温度の外れ幅が前記予め決められた温度の最大3%である量に達 したとき、温度検出器(11)が、前記膜蒸留工程の中断するために用いられる ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の浄水器。 6. 前記容器(3)が前記上部原水水位まで原水で充満されたとき、二つの 容易に取り外しせる清浄水を集める容器(17)の各々が、蒸留された約半分の 水量を入れるために用いられることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか1項 に記載の浄水器。 7. 前記膜手段(16)を冷却するための空冷手段(161)を特徴とする 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の浄水器。
