Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コークスを含んでいる使用済みのた触媒の流動床でのおよび連続した再生に おける熱レベルの調整または制御方法であり、 流動床を有する少なくとも一つの再生帯域で触媒の再生を行い、 前記帯域から触媒の少なくとも一部を抜き出し、 下方に傾いた導管により、再生帯域に含まれる触媒の前記一部並びに再生煙の 一部を、対称軸を有し、気化可能な冷却流体が循環する少なくとも一つの熱交換 管状束を備えた、有利には細長い、適当な高さの外部熱調整または交換帯域内に 送り、前記導管は再生帯域の高密度床を熱交換帯域につないでおり、その接合部 に通じているが、この接合部は、下部先端から前記接合部の上までを、ほぼ再生 帯域の触媒レベルにまである触媒の高密度床帯域に、かつ前記高密度床の上に交 換帯域の、上部先端までを適切な容積を有した発散帯域と定めるように配置され ており、 間接熱交換条件および適切な流動化条件で、酸素を含む流動化ガスの存在下に 、高密度床の前記熱交換帯域で、流動化ガスの流れの方向に向流で下方へ循環す る触媒を冷却し、 触媒および流動化ガス並びに発散帯域の前記体積 内の場合による再生煙の分離を行い、発散帯域の前記ガスおよび煙を排出し、そ れらを再生帯域の高密度床の上の希釈された相に送り、熱交換帯域の下部から冷 却された触媒を再生帯域へリサイクルする方法において、 不活性または不活性でない流動化流体により下降に、流動床で、チューブ束上 を循環させる触媒の一部が、好ましくは交換帯域のすべての部分上で前記チュー ブと交差するよう巻かれたまたは配置された前記チューブ束を使用することを特 徴とする方法。 2.前記束は、調整帯域の対称軸にほぼ平行な巻軸に対する幾つかの直径に応じ て螺旋状に巻かれたチューブを有しており、同じ直径の各巻チューブは円筒形の 層を形成し、このように形成された円筒形層は互いの中に配置されるようになっ ている、請求項1による方法。 3.調整帯域は、軸が第一面に位置づけられているほぼ平行な第一チューブ断片 列および軸が第一にほぼ平行な第二平面にあるほぼ平行な第二チューブ断片列を 有する二重の管状束を有しており、平面に結合した断片は、前記対称軸を有する 縦面に対してもう一方の面の断片の傾きにほぼ等しいおよび向かい合った傾きを 呈しており、チューブ断片は肘型継ぎ手により連結された同一側の隣接した先端 を有し、チューブ束の全体は、熱調整帯域の対称軸を含む面 にほぼ平行に配置されている、請求項1による方法。 4.熱調整帯域は、それぞれが互いにほぼ平行でかつ同一面に配置されたチュー ブ断片を備えている二重のチューブ束を有していてもよく、二つの連続する断片 の、同じ側の隣接する先端は肘形継ぎ手により連結されており、チューブ束の全 体は熱調整帯域の対称軸を含む面にほぼ平行に配置されている、請求項1による 方法。 5.第一再生帯域において第一触媒再生を行い、再生された触媒の少なくとも一 部を第一の上に位置する第二再生帯域送り、第二再生を行って、請求項1〜4の うちの1項により第二再生帯域から由来する触媒の少なくとも一部を冷却し、こ のように冷却された触媒を抜き出し、第一再生帯域または第二再生帯域へ送るこ とを特徴とする、使用済みの触媒の二つの再生帯域を有する、請求項1〜4のう ちの1項による方法。 6.各チューブ間の(軸との)間隔はそれらの直径の1.5〜10倍、好ましくはそ れらの直径の2〜3倍である、請求項1〜5のうちの1項による方法。 7.熱交換束は、再生または熱交換帯域の高密度床のほぼ全容積を占める、請求 項1〜6のうちの1項による方法。 8.チューブ内の冷却流体の流出速度は0.5〜2.5m/sである、請求項1〜7の うちの1項による方法。 9.冷却流体はチューブ内を下から上へ循環する、請求項1〜8のうちの1項に よる方法。 10.熱交換帯域の流動化ガスの速度は、0.01〜0.75m/s、好ましくは0.05〜 0.3m/sである、請求項1〜9のうちの1項による方法。
