Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.個々のファイバーの強度が20〜50cN/texであり、かつ粗糸の接 着強度が50〜2000texの繊度において2〜20Nである、長さ50〜1 000mmの珪酸ステープルファイバーからなる珪酸ステープルファイバー粗糸 。 2.請求項1に記載の珪酸ステープルファイバー粗糸を製造する方法において 、水性ソーダ水ガラスから乾式紡糸によりソーダ水ガラスフィラメント糸を製造 し、これを乾燥筒を通過させた後回転ドラムで少なくとも350m/分の速度v1 で引出し、1より大のv1:v2の比でソーダ水ガラスステープルファイバー粗 糸に変換し、これをv1に対して低い速度V2で直接後処理域に導入し、ここで連 続的に珪酸ステープルファイバー粗糸とし、糊を付け、かつ巻き取ることを特徴 とする珪酸ステープルファイバー粗糸の製法。 3.ソーダ水ガラスフィラメント糸を600〜1200m/分の速度v1で引 出す請求項2記載の方法。 4.ソーダ水ガラスフィラメント糸が引取りドラムの前で酸に易溶性の糊を有 する請求項2または3記載の方法。 5.ソーダ水ガラスステープルファイバー粗糸を200m/分を下回る速度v2 で直接、かつジグザグ状で後処理域の入口に搬送する請求項2から4までのい ずれか1項記載の方法。 6.比v1:v2を5〜10で選択する請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載 の方法。 7.引取りドラムによるゴデットの出口から後処理域の入口への、ソーダ水ガ ラスステープルファイバー粗糸の搬送をインゼクター原理による空気流により支 持する請求項2から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 8.ソーダ水ガラスファイバー粗糸を後処理域中で珪酸ステープルファイバー 粗糸に変換し、引き続き洗浄し、乾燥し、かつ強熱処理する請求項2から7まで のいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.請求項1による珪酸ステープルファイバー粗糸のステープルファイバー糸 製造への使用。 10.請求項1による珪酸ステープルファイバー粗糸の特に、400〜500 ℃を越える温度で使用するための撚り糸、縄、編物及び織物の製造への使用。
