Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.噴霧液の噴流を形成するための部分と、容器保持器と、接触媒体が設けられ た容器と、噴霧液の入った補助容器と、噴霧室と、煙霧体をユーザへ搬送するた めの搬送系と、煙霧体の配送率を調整するための機構と、噴霧管とを備えた、液 体を噴霧し且つ煙霧体を搬送するための装置において、 前記噴霧室と煙霧体をユーザへ搬送するための搬送系とを備え、 前記噴霧室は膨張室と取入れ管とから成り、 前記噴霧管は前記膨張室の上部に連結され、 前記膨張室の底部には一つ以上の流出口が形成され、更に、 前記取入れ管は、膨張室の底部にはめ込まれて噴霧液の噴流の基礎部の上方に 位置し、 前記噴霧室の変形例は管状に形成され、 前記噴霧室の下部は裾広がりに形成され噴霧液の噴流の基礎部の上方に位置し 、 前記管の最上部は閉鎖されるか噴霧管に連結され、あるいは、噴霧管が前記最 上部のすぐ下で前記噴霧室に接続され、 前記煙霧体をユーザへと搬送するための搬送系は、噴霧器の表面に一つ以上の 吸気口を設けた上記の噴霧室として構成され、前記一つ以上の吸気口あるいは吸 気口に接続された補助管を介して、外気が噴霧液を保持する容器の側面から噴霧 室へ自由な(抑制されない)流れにのって流入する ことを特徴とする噴霧装置。 2.補助容器が噴霧室の下部に連結され、前記補助容器と噴霧室とで噴霧システ ムを形成し、補助管を連結させもしくは連結させないで一つ以上の吸気口を表面 に形成して前記煙霧体をユーザへ搬送するための搬送系を構成することを特徴と する請求項1に記載の噴霧装置。 3.吸気口、補助管、あるいは前記吸気口と噴霧室とを連結する空気導管の他の 部分の断面積を変化させるための機能を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1あるい は2に記載の噴霧装置。 4.吸気口は互いに連通するように配置された穴として構成され、穴は噴霧器の 二つの構成部あるいは構成部に連結された要素に形成され、要素の一方は可動式 に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の噴霧装置。 5.ユーザへ送られる煙霧体の量の調節は、請求項4に記載された穴を手動で閉 鎖することによって行われることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の噴霧 装置。 6.噴霧管は互いに角度を成して連結された管で構成され、管の一方は噴霧室に 連通し最上部に噴流の軸に対して一定の角度を成す反射部を備えていることを特 徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の噴霧装置。 7.補助容器は密封型容器として構成され、その蓋を弾力性のある物質で形成さ れ、超音波エネルギーなどのエネルギーの作用で容器が開放されることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の噴霧装置。
