Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.色付き模様を示す陽極酸化膜を含む構造物の製造法であって、アルミニウム または陽極酸化可能なアルミニウム合金からなるかまたはアルミニウムまたは陽 極酸化可能なアルミニウム合金により被覆された基板(10)の表面が陽極酸化 されて下にある金属表面(12)上に陽極酸化膜(11)を形成し、非貴金属の 半反射層(18)が上記半反射層からの反射が光の干渉を含む効果により可視色 の発生に寄与するように上記膜内に析出され、 上記非貴金属を含む上記膜(18)の限定された領域が、上記膜から上記金属 を少なくとも部分的に浸出するのを可能にする溶液と接触し、 上記より貴金属性の高い金属により上記膜に残存する非貴金属を少なくとも部 分的に置換するために上記膜の表面(15)がより貴金属性の高い金属化合物の 溶液(20)と接触することを特徴とする製造法。 2.上記表面(15)とより貴金属性の高い金属化合物の上記溶液(20)との 接触の後、上記基板(10)がさらに陽極酸化されて、上記半反射層(18)の すぐ下の上記膜(11)の部分を厚くすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の製造 法。 3.金属基板(10)、該基板と重なる陽極酸化膜(11)および半反射層(1 8)とからなる模様の施された陽極酸化膜を含む構造物であり、上記光反射層は 、上記膜内にあり光の干渉を含む効果により可視色の発生に寄与する金属析出物 を含み、 上記膜(11)は異なった色彩を示す少なくとも二つの異なった領域を含み、 上記領域の少なくとも一つの領域における析出物(18A)が色彩の発生特性に おいて、上記領域の少なくとも一つの他の領域における析出物(18)と異なり 、上記異なった特性は、上記領域の少なくとも一つにおける上記析出物(18A )が非貴金属の析出物、酸の浸出、および貴金属の溶液との接触により形成され 、また、上記領域の少なくとも一つの他の領域における析出物(18)は非貴金 属の析出物および貴金属溶液との接触により酸の浸出の処理なしに形成されると い う上記析出物の形成方法の違いから生ずることを特徴とする構造物。 4.上記金属基板(10)が薄く可撓性で、さらに上記陽極酸化膜(11)に重 なりこれを支持する透明で可撓性の材料(25)の層であることを特徴とする請 求項3記載の構造物。
