Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.結晶性ケイ酸アルミニウムのコロイド粒子であって、 a)該粒子が分離している、 b)平均粒径が200ナノメートル未満である、 c)粒度分布が幾何標準偏差1.30未満を有する、 ことを特徴とするコロイド粒子。 2.a)実質的に無定形物質を含まない、 b)固形分含量50wt%までのコロイド状ゼオライトを有する、 水中コロイド状ゼオライトの安定なコロイド分散液としての請求項1記載のコ ロイド粒子。 3.a)実質的に無定形物質を含まない、 b)固形分含量20wt%までのコロイド状ゼオライトを有する、 有機相中コロイド状ゼオライトの安定なコロイド分散液としての請求項1記載の コロイド粒子。 4.実質的に無定形物質を含まないコロイド状ゼオライトの粉末としての請求項 1記載のコロイド粒子。 5.ゼオライトY、ゼオライトX、ゼオライトA、ZSM−2、シリカライト及 びヒドロキシソーダライト(HS)群より選ばれた請求項1記載のコロイド粒子 。 6.対イオンがアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属及び希土類金属の群 より選ばれるイオン交換体としての請求項1記載のコロイド粒子。 7.請求項1〜6記載のコロイド粒子の合成法であって、アルミン酸テトラメチ ルアンモニウムの溶液をアルカリ安定化シリカ又はアルカリ安定化シリカ化合物 の溶液に強く混合しながら加えた後、沈澱粒子の要求された粒径が得られるまで 高温、好ましくは約100℃で水熱的に処理し、次いで、母液から結晶を除去す ることを特徴とする方法。 8.アルカリ安定化シリカとしてコロイド状シリカ源を用い、シリカ化合物とし てアルカリケイ酸塩又はテトラエトキシシランのような有機ケイ酸塩を用いるこ とを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。 9.結晶化の過程で更に該溶液に a.アルカリ、又は b.アルミン酸テトラアルキルアンモニウムとアルカリ又はアルミン酸テトラ アルキルアンモニウムのみの溶液、 を強く混合しながら加えることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の方法。
