Abstract

본 발명은 콜로이드 제올라이트의 불연속적인 입자의 콜로이드상 현탁액 및 투명한 테트라알킬암모늄 안정화 된 규산알루미늄 용액으로부터 이러한 제올라이트를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 규산알루미늄 용액에 잘 규정되고 조절된 금속 수산화물 용액 소량을 첨가하여 특정 제올라이트를 합성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 제올라이트 수율도 조정할 수 있다. 콜로이드상 현탁액은 기하 표준편차로서 표시되는 입자 크기 분포가 1.30미만, 바람직하게는 1.20미만이라는 사실과 함께 250nm미만, 바람직하게는 200nm미만의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따라 합성된 제올라이트 졸은 콜로이드상 현탁액에 전형적인 틴탈(Tyndal1) 광 산란을 나타내며 또한 작은 입자 크기 때문에 매우 낮은 침강 속도를 나타낸다. 본 발명에 따라 합성되는 제올라이트 졸은 무정형 물질을 거의 함유하지 않도록 제조될 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. a) 입자가 불연속적이고, b) 평균 입자 크기가 200nm 미만이며, c) 입자 크기 분포가 1.30미만의 기하표준편차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 규산 알루미늄의 콜로이드 입자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 물중 콜로이드 제올라이트의 안정한 콜로이등상 분산액 형태이며, 이 때 상기 분산액이 a) 필수적으로 무정형 물질을 함유하지 않으며 b) 콜로이드 제올라이트 50중량% 이하의 고체 함량을 갖는 콜로이드 입자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 상중 콜로이드 제올라이트의 안정한 콜로이드상 분산액 형태이며, 이 때 상기 분산액이 a) 필수적으로 무정형 물질을 함유하지 않으며 b) 콜로이드 제올라이트 20중량% 이하의 고체 함량을 갖는 콜로이드 입자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 필수적으로 무정형 입자를 함유하지 않는, 콜로이드 제올라이트 분말 형태의 콜로이드 입자.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 Y, 제올라이트 X, 제올라이트 A, ZSM-2, 실리칼라이트 및 하이드록시소달라이트(HS)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 콜로이드 입자.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 이온-교환된 형태이며, 이 때 반대 이온이 알킬리금속, 알칼리토금속, 전이금속 및 희토류금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 콜로이드 입자.
  7. 강력하게 혼합하면서 알칼리 안정화된 실리카 또는 알칼리 안정화 된 실리카 화합물의 용액에 테트라메틸 암모늄 알루미네이트 용액을 첨가한 후, 침전된 입자의 필요한 입자 크기가 얻어질 때까지 승온, 바람직하게는 약 100℃에서 열수처리하고, 이어 모액으로부터 결정을 제거함으로써, 제1항 내지 제6항에 따른 콜로이드 입자를 합성하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 알칼리 안정화된 실리카로서 콜로이드 실리카원을 사용하는 한편, 실리카 화합물로서 알칼리 실리케이트 또는 테트라에톡시 실란 같은 유기 실리케이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, a) 알칼리 또는 b) 테트라알킬암모늄 알루미네이트와 알칼리의 용액 또는 테트라알킬암모늄 알루미네이트만의 용액 부가량을 결정화 공정동안 강력하게 혼합하면서 용액에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
