Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関の燃料噴射装置用の噴射弁、特に電磁作動式の燃料噴射弁と、1つ の弁縦軸線と、可動の弁閉鎖体と、前記噴射弁の下流側端部に設けられていて前 記弁閉鎖体と協働する弁座面を有する弁座体と、前記弁座面の下流側に配置され ていて少なくとも2つの噴出ポートを有する噴射穴付き円板と、少なくとも部分 的に軸方向でかつ少なくとも部分的には半径方向で前記噴射弁の下流側端部を前 記噴射穴付き円板と共に包囲するガス包囲体と、燃料・ガス混合気を噴出させる ための混合気噴出ポートとを備えた、燃料・ガス混合気の噴射装置において、混 合気噴出ポート(78)の下流側に噴射流ディバイダ(86)が設けられており 、該噴射流ディバイダが、弁縦軸線(2)に対して横方向にかつ該弁縦軸線を通 って延びて噴射穴付き円板(21)寄りに凸面状の分割面(88)を有し、該分 割面が、堰き止め流を発生し、ガスによって包囲されているにも拘らず噴出ポー ト(25)から噴出される燃料噴射流の多流噴射作用を噴射流ディバイダ(86 )の下流側でも維持するようにしたことを特徴とする、燃料・ガス混合気の噴射 装置。 2.混合気噴出ポート(78)が、ガス包囲体(41)とは別体の構成部材であ る挿入薄板部材(74)内に穿設されている、請求項1記載の噴射装置。 3.挿入薄板部材(74)が截頭円錐形に構成されており、しかも半径方向区域 (77)内に混合気噴出ポート(78)が配置されておりかつ噴射穴付き円板( 21)の方に向かってテーパを成す円錐形区域(73)が前記半径方向区域(7 7)の下流側に続いている、請求項2記載の噴射装置。 4.挿入薄板部材(74)が軸方向で噴射穴付き円板に対面した複数の突起(7 5)を有し、該突起の軸方向高さによって噴射穴付き円板(21)と挿入薄板部 材(74)との間にガス環状ギャップ(83)が形成され、該ガス環状ギャップ は、供給されるガスの配量横断面として使用される、請求項2記載の噴射装置。 5.挿入薄板部材(74)が、ガス包囲体(41)と噴射穴付き円板(21)と の間に締付けられている、請求項3記載の噴射装置。 6.挿入薄板部材(74)の締付けが、円錐形区域(73)においてガス包囲体 (41)によって行なわれる、請求項5記載の噴射装置。 7.噴射流ディバイダ(86)がガス包囲体(41)のウェブ部分として構成さ れている、請求項1記載の噴射装置。 8.噴射流ディバイダ(86)が、別個の構成部材でありかつガス包囲体(41 )内に固定されている、請求項1記載の噴射装置。 9.噴射流ディバイダ(86)が円形横断面を有している、請求項1記載の噴射 装置。 10.噴射流ディバイダ(86)が半円形横断面を有している、請求項1記載の 噴射装置。 11.噴射流ディバイダ(86)が楕円形横断面を有している、請求項1記載の 噴射装置。 12.噴射流ディバイダ(86)が半楕円形横断面を有している、請求項1記載 の噴射装置。 13.噴射流ディバイダ(86)が少なくとも1つのウエスト状の狭窄部を有し ている、請求項1記載の噴射装置。 14.噴射流ディバイダ(86)が少なくとも1つの膨隆部を有している、請求 項1記載の噴射装置。 15.混合気噴出ポート(78)の下流側には、流動方向に円筒形に成形された 噴出室(87)が位置し、該噴出室内に噴射流ディバイダ(86)が配置されて いる、請求項1記載の噴射装置。 16.混合気噴出ポート(78)の下流側には、流動方向に末広がりに拡張成形 された噴出室(87)が位置し、該噴出室内に噴射流ディバイダ(86)が配置 されている、請求項1記載の噴射装置。 17.混合気噴出ポート(78)の下流側には、流動方向に楕円形に成形された 噴出室(87)が位置し、該噴出室内に噴射流ディバイダ(86)が配置されて いる、請求項1記載の噴射装置。 18.混合気噴出ポート(78)の下流側には、ガス包囲体(41)によって包 囲された噴出室(87)が位置し、該噴出室内に噴射流ディバイダ(86)が配 置されている、請求項1記載の噴射装置。
