Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 1.重質炭化水素原料をより軽質の生成物に転換するための接触分解方法であっ て、 a.343℃(650°F)以上で沸騰する炭化水素を含んで成る重質炭化水素 原料を上方の出口セクションを有するライザー接触分解反応器の下方の基部セク ションに供給し、 b.触媒再生器からの熱い流動固体混合物を該ライザー反応器の基部に供給し、 該混合物は、基本FCC触媒組成物およびシリカ:アルミナ比が12以上であり 、拘束指数が1〜12であるゼオライトを無定形支持体上に有するゼオライトを 含んで成る添加触媒の別の粒子を含んで成り、該ゼオライトは固体混合物の3〜 10重量%であり、 c.495〜570℃(925〜1050°F)のライザー出口温度を含む接触 分解条件において、該原料を接触分解し、該ライザー反応器の該出口から排出さ れる、接触分解生成物および使用済み分解触媒および添加触媒を含んで成る使用 済み固体混合物を生成し、 d.該ライザー出口からの流出物を分解生成物に富む蒸気相ならびに使用済み分 解触媒および形状選択性添加触媒を含む使用済み固体混合物に富む相に分離し、 そして、 e.触媒再生器において、使用済み固体混合物を再生し、再生された固体混合物 を該ライザー反応器の基部にリサイクルすることを含んで成る方法。
- 2.接触分解工程(c)は、 (i)510〜590℃(950〜110°F)のライザーの基部における触媒 組成物/原料混合物の温度を含む条件において、該原料について第1接触分解工 程を実施し、 (ii)ライザー反応器の基部の下流で該ライザー反応器中にあり、また、該ラ イザー出口から上流でライザーの長さの少なくとも10%の箇所にある少なくと も1つの急冷領域において、触媒/原料混合物に急冷流体を加えて、ライザーに おける温度を少なくとも6℃(10°F)下げて固体および炭化水素蒸気の急冷 混合物を生成し、そして、 (iii)該ライザーの長さの少なくとも10%の少なくとも蒸気の滞留時間に 等しい時間の間、該急冷混合物について第2の接触分解工程を実施し、接触分解 生成物および固体の混合物を生成し、これらを該ライザー反応器の該出口から排 出することを含む請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 3.該フィードは軽油または減圧軽油またはその混合物であり、ライザー反応器 において0.2秒以内で蒸発する請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 4.該フィードは、急冷の前に、蒸気の滞留時間の少なくとも1秒間該ライザー において接触分解される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 5.該急冷流体は、水、水蒸気およびリサイクルされる接触分解生成物から選択 される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 6.該急冷流体は、リサイクルされる重質ナフサもしくは軽質サイクル油または これらの混合物である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 7.急冷流体は、ライザー内において混合物の温度を6〜56℃(10〜100 ℃F)下げる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 8.形状選択性ゼオライトは、ZSM−5、ZSM−11、ZSM−12、ZS M−23、ZSM−35、ZSM−48およびZSM−57から選択される請求 の範囲第1項または第2項記載の方法。
- 9.形状選択性ゼオライトは、ZSM−5である請求の範囲第1項または第2項 記載の方法。
- 10.触媒組成物/原料比はライザーの底部において少なくとも4:1である請 求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の方法。
