Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 1.下記のものから本質的になることを特徴とする組成物: (a)少なくとも1種類のポリオキシメチレン、および (b)少なくとも1種類のカプセル化された成核剤であって、該カプセル化され た成核剤は下記のものから本質的になる: (b)(1)線状低密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、およびポリプロピ レンからなる群がら選ばれたカプセル化剤ポリマーであって、固体密度が1g/ cm3以下のカプセル化剤ポリマー50〜90重量%、および (b)(2)成核剤10〜50重量%、ここに、成分(b)(1)と成分(b)
- (2)の重量%は成分(b)(1)および成分(b)(2)のみの重量に基づく ;ただし、前記組成物に添加された成分(b)カプセル化された成核剤の量は、 前記ポリオキシメチレン組成物中の成分(b)(2)成核剤の量が前記ポリオキ シメチレン成分単独の重量に対して0.001〜0.5重量%となるような量で ある。 2.前記ポリオキシメチレンはホモポリマーであることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項に記載の組成物。
- 3.前記ポリオキシメチレンはコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項に記載の組成物。
- 4.前記成分(b)(2)成核剤は窒化ホウ素、タルク、シリカ、ポリイミド、 銅フタロシアニン、炭酸カルシウム、ジアトマイト、およびドロマイトからなる 群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物。
- 5.前記成分(b)(2)成核剤は窒化ホウ素とタルクからなる群から選ばれる ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物。
- 6.素材付形物を作製するのに使用するための請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物 。
- 7.熱安定化剤、共安定化剤、酸化防止剤、顔料、着色剤、強化剤、補強材、U V安定化剤、潤滑剤、ガラス、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンおよび繊維の少なく とも1つをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の組成物。
