Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 4輪駆動のハイブリッド自動車 この発明は、請求項1の前提部による2軸の4輪駆動のハイブリツト自動車に関 する。
この種の2軸の自動車は、従来は内燃機関を通じて駆軌され、完全な全輪駆動装 置を備えており、本出願人によって「クアトロ(Quattro ) Jの商標 て販売されている。
既存のまたは今後意図されている法規制に適合するために/Sイブリリットル両 か既知であり、これは内燃機関を通じても、また電気モータを通しても駆動でき るものである。この場合、内燃機関かあるいは電気モータを選択して駆動軸に働 かせるか、あるいは一方の軸か内燃機関にて、他方の軸が電気モータにて駆動さ れるのが通常の措置である(ドイツ出願公開第3940172号参照)。電気自 動車およびハイブリット自動車の開発状況の概略は、アー、ガーライトナーの「 電気自動車の開発状況」、オーストリア電気商業誌(エーソエソトエー)、第4 2巻第5号第179ページ以下に示されている。
これによれば、比較的高価な駆動か必要となる。
この発明の目的は、駆動のための費用を減少することにある。
この発明によれば、この目的は、同種の自動車において、電気モータをプロペラ シャフトと合同させることによって達成することかできる。この解決策は、既存 の完全全輪駆動装置を、電気モータ運転方式においても維持できるという利点を イfしている。しかし、電気モータを同時に発電機として切り換えることかでき 、たとえば下り坂でのような制動運転で、機械的エネルギーから電気エネルギー を回収できれは、さらにHしく利点を強調することかできる。エネルギー回収モ ードでの運転の場合、この発明による配置では制動力を全4輪か同時に受けるよ うにてきるため、特に滑りやすい道路において、コントロールできない運転状態 にいたることかなく、制動作用は従来の通常の方法で行われる。従来の自動車は 、この場合に2輪でしか制動できず、これは危険な運転状態となることかある。
粘性のある連結を避けることにより、出力を前部へも後部へも均等に維持するこ とか可能である。
この発明においては永久磁石同期モータを使用できることか有利であり、この場 合はプロペラシャツ]・の一部分か回転子となり、プロペラシャフトはその外部 に永久磁石を装着しさえすればよく、これらは有利にも接着される。追加的なベ ルトによって磁石か固定される。固定側コイルに囲まれて、小さな部材ユニット が構成される。
この場合にプロペラシャフトの回転数は、最高速度においても電気モータのため の許容回転数を越えないように設計されなければならない(約10,000回転 /分)。この利点は、他の種類のモータにおいては、適当な減速機かなければ達 成困難である。これは回転コイルかこのような高回転数に耐えられないためであ る。
これによって電気モータと後軸ディファレンシャルとを単一のユニットて構成て きるため、電気モータか場所をとらず、そのうえ車両中の重量配分を有利なもの とすることかできる。
以下この発明を図面を用いて説明する。
ここで、図1は取付は位置を示す側面図であり、図2は電気モータの断面図であ る。
参照番号10はハイブリット自動車を示し、この自動車は、前輪18の領域に、 内燃機関16とこれに接続する変速機12とを備えている。変速機の出力部には 中間ディファレンシャルかあり、これからの駆動軸か前輪18に働き、またプロ ペラシャフト20と後軸ディファレンシャル14とを通して後輪22か駆動され る。
さらに電気モータ24か設けられており、このモータはノくツテリーセット26 を通じて電気エネルギーを供給され、プロペラシャフトを駆動することかできる 。
電気モータの構成を図2に詳細に示す。この電気モータは、ロータすなわち回転 子32とステータすなわち固定子34とを有しており、固定子34は対応するコ イルヘッド36をもつ個々のコイルから構成されている。
この場合にロータ32はプロペラシャフト20の一部分一を形成し、フランジ4 4によって直接プロペラシャフトと連結されている。
ロータ32の外側には永久は石38が接着されている。ベルトか施された永久磁 石38と固定子34との間には、空隙40か設けられ−ている。ケーシング42 かこの構成を包んでいる。
プロペラシャ71・20におけるフランジを付けた端部44とは反対側の領域4 6では、電気モータ24と後軸ディファレンシャル14とか直接連結されている 。
永久磁石同期モータとして電気モータを設計することにより、回転子を1分間に 10.000回転まで回転させることか可能となるため、高速車両においても、 モータを損傷することなく、このモータ24を連続回転させることかできる。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1.前軸(12)の領域におけるエンジン/変速機ユニット(16、18)と、 駆動される前軸(12)と、中間ディファレンシャルを通じての端部動力部と、 プロペラシャフト(20)と、全輪駆動を得るための後輪上の後軸ディファレン シャル(22)とを有した2軸の自動車であって、プロペラシャフト(20)を 駆動するための電気モータ(24)を有することを特徴とする4輪駆動のハイブ リッド自動車。
  2. 2.電気モータ(24)が二つの端部動力装置を備え、その一つがプロペラシャ フト(20)を通じて前輪にいたり、またその第2のものが後軸ディファレンシ ャル(22)を通じて後輪にいたるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の4輪駆動のハイブリッド自動車。
  3. 3.電気モータ(24)が永久磁石同期モータであり、その回転子がプロペラシ ャフトの一部分に永久磁石を装備することによって形成され、この回転子が固定 子によって囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の4輪駆動の ハイブリッド自動車。
  4. 4.電気モータが後軸ディファレンシャルと単一のユニットで構成されているこ とを特徴とする請求項3に記載の4輪駆動のハイブリッド自動車。
