Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自動車の燃料タンクから漏洩する蒸気を回収するための装置において、 (ア)濾過作用によって蒸気を回収するためのカートリッジが、パージオリフィ ス(31)と、燃料タンク(1)に接続された入口オリフィス(32)と、濾過 された蒸気を大気へ放出するための大気接続オリフィス(33)とから成ってお り、(イ)カートリッジをパージするための制御電磁弁(5)が、第1オリフィ ス(50)によって内燃機関の吸気マニホルド(2)に、かつ第2オリフィス( 51)によってパージ導管(3B)を介してカートリッジのパージオリフィス( 31)に、夫々接続されうる ように構成されている形式のものにおいて、前記装置が、エンジンに供給される 空気/燃料混合気の制御を乱することなく制御された部分真空を設定し得るよう に、カートリッジの大気接続オリフィス(33)を大気に又はパージ電磁弁(5 )の第2オリフィス(51)に選択的に接続できるようにしている手段(6,6 ′)を有していることを特徴とする、自動車エンジンのガソリンタンクから漏洩 する蒸気を回収するための装置。 2.前記手段(6,6′)が第1の3ポート分配器(6)から成っていることを 特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。 3.部分真空センサ(4)が、カートリッジとタンクとを接続している導管に接 続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の装置。 4.前記装置が電磁弁(5)の第2オリフィス(51)を夫々、 (イ)不作業位置においてパージ導管(3B)を介してカートリッジのパージオ リフィス(31)に接続しているか、又は (ロ)作業位置において分配器(6)を介して大気接続オリフィス(33)に接 続し、同時に導管(3B)を閉鎖している 第2の3ポート分配器(7)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記 載の装置。 5.前記手段(6,6′)が4ポート分配器(6′)から成っていて、 (イ)同時に不作業位置において、電磁弁(5)の第2オリフィス(51)をカ ートリッジのパージオリフィス(31)に、かつ大気接続オリフィス(33)を 大気に、夫々接続しているか、又は(ロ)作業位置において前記第2オリフィス (51)を大気接続オリフィス(33)に接続し、同時に導管(3B)を閉鎖し ている ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の装置。 6.部分真空センサ(4)が、カートリッジ(3)と分配器(6,7′)とを接 続している導管(3B)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5記 載の装置。
