Claims (11)
- 1.軸方向の原料流体通路用の渦巻状に巻かれた半浸透膜部材において、a.多 孔性中空芯マンドレル、 b.マンドレルの中空芯との浸透物の連絡を閉塞しない手段により、マンドレル の縁1cm当り少なくとも0.7個のシートスペーサーチャンネルの率で中空芯 マンドレルに固定された複数の不連続な浸透物シートスペーサーチャンネル、c .膜包囲体内にそれぞれの浸透物シートスペーサーチャンネルのそれぞれの主な 表面、軸の端及び放射部の遠位の端を取り囲むように、軸の端、放射部の近位の 端及び放射部の遠位の端でシールされたそれぞれの浸透流体スペーサーの主な表 面と実質的にともに延長している半浸透膜シート、d.原料流体の軸方向の流れ について膜包囲体間に散在された複数の不連続な原料流体スペーサー を含む膜部材。
- 2.マンドレルの回りに巻かれしかも原料流体入口のための流体連結、非浸透流 体出口のための少なくとも一つの連結並びに浸透流体出口のための少なくとも一 つの連結を有する耐圧円筒状の囲みを有する請求項1の渦卷状に巻かれた膜部材 。
- 3.スペーサーチャンネルが、1cm当り少なくとも一つの取り付けの率で中空 芯マンドレルに固定されている請求項1の渦巻状に巻かれた半浸透膜部材。
- 4.スペーサーチャンネルが、1cm当り少なくとも二つの取り付けの率で中空 芯マンドレルに固定されている請求項1の渦巻状に巻かれた半浸透膜部材。
- 5.半浸透膜包囲体が、浸透物流れチャンネルスペーサーの一つの主な表面と実 質的にともに延長している膜シートを含む請求項1の渦巻状に巻かれた半浸透膜 部材。
- 6.半浸透膜包囲体が、浸透物流れチャンネルスペーサーの一つの主な表面と実 質的にともに延長しているか、又は2個の隣接した浸透物流れチャンネルスペー サーの主な表面と実質的にともに延長している膜シートを含む請求項1の渦巻状 に巻かれた半浸透膜部材。
- 7.半浸透膜包囲体が、アコーディオンのように折り重ねられしかも連続的なシ ートを形成するように結合されシールされた膜シートの末端を有する浸透物流れ チャンネルスペーサーの全ての主な表面と実質的にともに延長している単一の膜 シートを含む請求項1の渦巻状に巻かれた半浸透膜部材。
- 8.多孔性中空芯マンドレルが、ポリエチレン、ポリメチルベンテン、ポリフェ ニレンスルフィド、ポリプロピレン、セルロース性重合体、アセタール、アクリ ロニトリルーブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)、ABS−ポリカーボネートアロ イ、ポリスチレン、ポリスチレン−ブタジエン、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリ塩化 ビニル、ポリスルホン、又はポリ(フェニレンオキシド)よりなる請求項1、3 、4,5、6又は7の何れか一つの項の渦卷状に卷かれた半浸透腹部材。
- 9.請求項2の耐圧円筒状囲みの原料流体入口中に加圧下の流体を押し込み、そ して非浸透流体及び浸透流体を集めることにより、流体成分を分離する方法。
- 10.流体が塩を含む水である請求項9の方法。
- 11.分離されるべき流体が、気体混合物、空気、ヘリウム/メタン、酸素/窒 素、不飽和炭化水素/飽和炭化水素から選択される請求項8の方法。
