Claims (5)
- 기준 투과수측 유로재에 적어도 2개 이상의 다른 투과수측 유로재들을 초음파 융착에 의하여 차례로 균등한 간격으로 나란하게 접착시켜 투과수측 유로틀을 제조하는 제1단계;분리막을 커팅하여, 분리막의 표면이 안쪽으로 향하게 하여 서로 마주보는 방향으로 길이방향의 가운데를 접은 후, 접힌 분리막 사이로 공급수측 유로재를 삽입하고 와인딩 또는 롤링공정을 수행하여 '분리막+공급수측 유로재+분리막' 어셈블리를 준비하는 제2단계; 및제1단계에서 제조된 투과수측 유로틀에서 기준 투과수측 유로재를 집수관 파이프에 초음파 융착에 의하여 고정하고 기준 투과수측 유로재의 반대쪽 끝을 잡아당긴 후, 투과수측 유로재 네 가장자리중 집수관 파이프에 평행하게 근접된 가장자리를 제외한 3부분의 가장자리에 접착제를 도포하고, 상기 도포된 투과수측 유로재 사이에 제2단계의 '분리막 + 공급수측 유로재 + 분리막' 어셈블리를 삽입하면서 집수관 파이프를 와인딩하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 융착에 의하여 접착된 투과수측 유로재들의 간격은 2㎜∼20㎜로 균등한 간격이고, 첫 번째 접착된 투과수측 유로재와 마지막에 접착된 투과수측 유로재의 간격은 집수관 파이프의 외경 원주 길이의 -95% ∼ +105% 사이의 범위의 길이임을 특징으로 하는 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 투과수측 유로재들에 대한 초음파 융착은 폭이 0.5∼8.0㎜, 길이가 3㎜∼150㎜이고, 증폭범위는 20∼㎛이며, 주기는 15∼40㎑이며, 융착시에 0.1∼50kgf/㎠ 압력범위에서 0.1∼3초간 접촉시킴으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리막이 70~150㎛ 두께의 폴리에스터 부직포; 상기 부직포상에 30~60㎛의 폴리술폰이 코팅된 지지층; 및 상기 지지층 상에 0.1~0.3㎛의 폴리아미드층이 형성된 분리막인 것을 특징으로 하는 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투과수측 유로틀의 기준 투과수측 유로재는 집수관 파이프의 접착부 끝에서 또 다른 투과수측 유로재의 융착 지점의 끝의 길이가 집수관 외경 원주길이의 1~10배인 것을 특징으로 하는 나권형 분리막 모듈 제조방법.
