Abstract
Description
i)供給液ポート、濃縮液ポート、及び透過液ポートを備える圧力容器と、
ii)透過液ポートへの透過液通路を形成する透過液管の周囲に巻き付けられた少なくとも1つの膜エンベロープを備える少なくとも1つの渦巻き状膜モジュールと、
iii)第1の端部から第2の端部へ軸(Y)に沿って延びる円筒形の外周、第1の端部付近に位置する入口、及び第2の端部付近に位置する出口を有する生物反応器と、
を含む、渦巻き状濾過アセンブリを目的とする。
Claims (8)
- i)供給液ポート、濃縮液ポート、及び透過液ポートを備える圧力容器と、
ii)前記透過液ポートへの透過液通路を形成する透過液管の周囲に巻き付けられた少なくとも1つの膜エンベロープを備える少なくとも1つの渦巻き状膜モジュールと、
iii)第1の端部から第2の端部へ軸(Y)に沿って延びる円筒形の外周、前記第1の端部付近に位置する入口、及び前記第2の端部付近に位置する出口を有する生物反応器と、を備える渦巻き状濾過アセンブリであって、
前記渦巻き状膜モジュール及び生物反応器は、前記圧力容器内に直列に配置される、前記渦巻き状濾過アセンブリ。 - 前記生物反応器は、2つの対向する生物成長表面を有する平面シートと、軸の周囲に渦状に巻き付けられた供給液スペーサーと、を備える渦巻き状の構成を有し、前記供給液スペーサーは、前記生物反応器の前記入口から前記出口へ前記平面シートの前記生物成長表面に沿って延びる流動チャネルを画定する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記平面シートは、透過性であり、前記2つの対向する生物成長表面は、互いに流体連通している、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記平面シート及び供給液スペーサーは、中空導管の周囲に渦状に巻き付けられており、前記導管は、前記平面シート及び供給液スペーサーとの流体連通から密封され、前記渦巻き状膜モジュールの前記透過液管に直列に接続される、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 透過液管の周囲に巻き付けられた少なくとも1つの膜エンベロープをそれぞれ備える複数の渦巻き状膜モジュールをさらに備え、
前記渦巻き状膜モジュールは、前記圧力容器内に直列に、前記直列のうちの最初の要素が前記圧力容器の第1の端部の最も近くに位置付けられ、前記直列のうちの最後の要素が前記圧力容器の対向する第2の端部に隣接して位置付けられた状態で配置され、前記渦巻き状要素の前記透過液管は、前記透過液出口に接続される透過液通路を形成するように直列に接続され、
前記生物反応器は、前記直列内の少なくとも1つの渦巻き状膜モジュールの上流の位置に配置される、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。 - 前記生物反応器は、前記直列内のすべての渦巻き状膜モジュールの上流の位置に配置される、請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記生物反応器の前記供給液スペーサーは、前記平面シートの隣接する生物成長表面の間に0.10mm〜1.5mmの流動チャネルを提供する、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記流動チャネルは、固体によって塞がれない空隙容積を生物成長表面の間に有し、前記流動チャネルの前記空隙容積は、前記生物反応器の容積の少なくとも65%である、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
