Claims (10)
- 圧力容器の内部チャンバへの挿入のために適合されたフィルタアセンブリであって、入口渦巻き面(30)及び出口渦巻き面(32)を形成する軸(X)に沿って延びる中央透過液管(8)の周囲に同心円状に巻き付けられた、少なくとも1つの膜エンベロープ(4)及び供給液スペーサーシート(6)、ならびに円筒形の外周表面(38)を備える螺旋巻き膜モジュール(2)と、前記入口渦巻き面(30)の一部分を被覆する表面(72)、及び、流体が前記入口渦巻き面(30)を通って前記モジュール(2)の前記供給液スペーサーシート(6)へと流れることを可能にするための、前記透過液管付近の端キャップ表面(72)内の少なくとも1つの開口部(76)を有する端キャップ(33)と、前記圧力容器の前記内部チャンバに係合するように適合された、最大外径を画定する、放射状に延びる柔軟なリップ(70)を有する塩水シール(65)と、を備え、前記塩水シールが、前記端キャップ(33)にシールされている、フィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記端キャップ(33)が、前記外周表面(38)の一部分の周囲に同心円状に位置し、前記端キャップ表面(72)から軸方向に延びる、スリーブ(74)を更に備える、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記塩水シール(65)が、前記スリーブ(74)にシールされている、請求項2に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記塩水シール(65)が、前記スリーブ(74)の周囲を同心円状に包み、前記スリーブ(74)が、放射状に延びる隆起部(91)を備える、請求項3に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記スリーブ(74)が、前記端キャップ表面(72)から少なくとも1cm軸方向に延びる、請求項3に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記放射状に延びる柔軟なリップ(70)が、前記外周表面(38)の一部分の周囲に同心円状に位置する、請求項3に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記モジュール(2)の前記外周表面(38)が、多孔性表面(80)を備え、前記スリーブ(74)が、前記多孔性表面(80)上で軸方向に延びる、請求項3に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記端キャップ表面(72)が、前記入口渦巻き面(30)の少なくとも75%を被覆する、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 前記リップ(70)が、前記出口渦巻き面(32)よりも前記入口渦巻き面(30)で大きい流体圧力に供されるとき、外向きに放射状に曲がる、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
- 端キャップ表面(72)が、前記入口渦巻き面(30)にシールされている、請求項1に記載のフィルタアセンブリ。
