Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.燃料充填材に面する第1のジルコニウム合金からなる比較的厚い内側層とこ の内側層に冶金的に接合されている第2のジルコニウム合金からなるこれより薄 い外側層とからなり、この両ジルコニウム合金が合金成分としてそれぞれ少なく とも錫、鉄及びクロムの金属を含有しており、またa)第1の合金が錫1〜2重 量%、鉄0.05〜0.25重量%及びクロム0.05〜0.2重量%を含み、 b)第2の合金が錫0.5〜1.3重量%、鉄0.15〜0.5重量%及びクロ ム0.05〜0.4重量%を含み、 c)第2合金が錫、鉄及びクロムを合計して1.0重量%以上有し、第1合金の 錫含有量に対するその割合が0.35〜0.7の間である錫の含有量を含み、ま た d)第2合金の鉄及びクロムの含有量の割合が第1合金の錫の含有量に対して0 .2〜0.5の間である 燃料充填材を囲む被覆管を有する加圧水により冷却される燃料要素の燃料棒。 2.両層がそれぞれ錫、鉄及びクロムの他にジルカロイ2及びジルカロイ4に対 して認められている他の若干の合金成分を含んでおり、これらの他の合金成分の 量が実質的にジルカロイ2又はジルカロイ4に容認された限度内にあることを特 徴とする請求項1記載の燃料棒。 3.第1層の全成分の量がジルカロイ2又はジルカロイ4に対して容認された限 度内にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃料棒。 4.少なくとも第2合金が約0.007重量%以下のニッケル含有量を含んでい ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の燃料棒。 5.被覆管が、有利には両合金のいずれもが、ケイ素を0.005重量%以上、 有利には0.007量量%以上及び0.02重量%以下、有利には0.012重 量%以下含有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4の1つに記載の燃料棒 。 6.被覆管が酸素を0.2重量%以下、有利には約0.16重量%以下及び0. 05重量%以上、有利には0.07重量%以上、特に0.12重量%以上含有し ていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5の1つに記載の燃料棒。 7.第1合金の錫含有量が1.2重量%以上、有利には1.4重量%以上及び1 .6重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6の1つに記載の燃料棒 。 8.第2合金の錫含有量が0.7重量%以上及び1.1重量%以下、有利には0 .9重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7の1つに記載の燃料棒 。 9.第1合金の鉄含有量が0.1重量%以上、有利には0.18重量%以上及び 0.24重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8の1つに記載の燃 料棒。 10.第2合金の鉄含有量が0.18重量%以上、有利には0.24重量%以上 及び0.4重量%以下、有利には0.35重量%以下であることを特徴とする請 求項1ないし9の1つに記載の燃料棒。 11.第1合金のクロム含有量が0.07重量%以上及び0.13重量%以下で あることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10の1つに記載の燃料棒。 12.第2合金のクロム含有量が0.07重量%以上、有利には0.13重量% 以上であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11の1つに記載の燃料棒。 13.第2合金のクロム含有量が0.25重量%以下、有利には0.21重量% 以下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12の1つに記載の燃料棒。 14.第2合金のクロム、鉄及び錫の総含有量が1.1〜1.5重量%の間であ ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13の1つに記載の燃料棒。 15.第1のジルコニウム合金の錫の含有量が(1.15土0.1)重量%であ り、第2のジルコニウム合金の錫の含有量が(0.8±0.1)重量%であり、 それぞれ両ジルコニウム合金にFeを(0.21士0.03)重量%、Crを( 0.1士0.03)重量%、0■を(0.14±0.02)重量%、Siを(0 .01士0.003)重量%及びNiを最高で0.007重量%含んでいること を特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料棒。 16.第1ジルコニウム合金がSnを(1.5士0.1)重量%、Feを(0. 21±0.03)重量%、Crを(0.1士0.03)重量%含んでおり、第2 ジルコニウム合金がSnを(0.8士0.1)重量%、Feを(0.28±0. 04)重量%及びCrを(0.17士0.04)重量%含んでおり、また両ジル コニウム合金に0を(0.14土0.02)重量%、Siを(0.01土0.0 03)重量%及びN1を最高で0.007重量%含んでいることを特徴とする請 求項1記載の燃料棒。 17.請求項1ないし16の1つに記載の燃料棒を有する加圧水型原子炉の燃料 要素。
