Claims (3)
- 1.(a)そこからミクロフィブリルが延びている不規則な周辺部を有するフル オロ重合体のフィルム様フレークを繊維とともに、他の構成成分を実質的に含有 しない水溶液中に共分散させて均一なスラリーを形成させ; (b)上記のスラリーを綱に1層に供給し;(c)上記の層から水を除去し; (d)上記の層を乾燥して自立多孔性予備成形体層を形成させ;(e)上記の予 備成形体層を上記のフルオロ重合体の融点以上に加熱して上記の予備成形体を予 備融合させ、ついで、上記の予備成形体層の面に垂直に十分な圧力を適用し、上 記のフルオロ重合体を流動させて固体予備融合シートを形成させ;(f)上記の シートを冷却し; (g)上記のシートの積層体を十分な高温に加熱して上記の積層体から固体成形 複合体を形成させ、十分な圧力を十分な時間量適用して上記の固体成形複合体を 形成させる各段階を含む、フルオロ重合体−繊維複合体の製造方法。
- 2.上記のフルオロ重合体が熱可塑性であり、上記の繊維が炭素繊維であること を特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の方法。
- 3.そこからミクロフィブリルが延びている不規則な形状の周辺部を有する複数 のフィルム様フレークを含むフルオロ重合体材料。
