Abstract
Способ изготовления структурных и полуструктурных композитов путем прессования листов нетканых предварительно отформованных материалов, полученных из водных смесей армированных волокон и пульпы термопластичного фторполимера. Пульпа образована из пленкоподобных хлопьев, имеющих неправильную форму с выступающими фибриллами. Получаемые композиты пригодны для использования в тех областях, где требуются высокие прочность и/или модуль, а также необходимы химстойкость и/или термостойкость, например в химическом машиностроении.
Claims (1)
- Способ изготовления структурных и полуструктурных композитов путем прессования листов нетканых предварительно отформованных материалов, полученных из водных смесей армированных волокон и пульпы термопластичного фторполимера. Пульпа образована из пленкоподобных хлопьев, имеющих неправильную форму с выступающими фибриллами. Получаемые композиты пригодны для использования в тех областях, где требуются высокие прочность и/или модуль, а также необходимы химстойкость и/или термостойкость, например в химическом машиностроении.
