Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電気溶接、例えば、バルブ若しくは把持手段のための電気作動部、又は液体 若しくはガス状媒体の送給のためのロボット部分に使用する旋回接続装置におい て、 円筒形のハブ(6)であって、一方の端部にロボットアーム等に取り付けるため のアタッチメントピース(7)を有する回転自在の円筒形ハブ(6)と、このハ ブ(6)の周りに配置した回転不能の接続スリーブ(10)と、前記接続スリー ブ(10)の小径部分の周りに配置した互いに同心状の1対のリングであって、 互いに電気的に絶縁しかつ前記接続スリーブ(10)からも電気的に絶縁した接 点リング(12,13)と、前記ハブ(6)の他方の端部に取り付けるカバー( 15)であって、このカバーの周囲には、接続スリーブ(10)の周りの2個の 同心状リング(12,13)に隣接する1対のリング(17,18)を、互いに またカバーに対しても電気的に絶縁させた状態に配置したカバー(15)と、 空気及び液体を供給するため、前記接続スリーブ(10)、ハブ(6)及びリン グ(17,18)を有するカバー(15)に配置したチャンネル(11)と備え たことを特徴とする旋回接続装置。 2.前記接続スリーブ(10)に形成する各チャンネル(11)を、それぞれ接 続スリーブ(10)の円筒形内面の異なる軸線方向レベルに終端させ、またハブ (6)の円筒形外面の包囲溝(21)に連通させ、これら溝(21)はそれぞれ 各個にハブ(6)の軸線方向チャンネル(11)に接続し、これら軸線方向チャ ンネル(11)をカバー(15)及びこのカバーの周囲の同心状のリング(17 ,18)に形成した半径方向チャンネル(11)に連通させた請求項1記載の旋 回接続装置。 3.Oリング等の形状のシールを、ハブ(6)の外側面の包囲溝(21)間の溝 (22)に配置した請求項2記載の旋回接続装置。 4.前記接続スリーブ(10)の周りの2個の同心状のリング(12,13)を 、この接続スリーブ(10)に維持し、また弾性Oリング(14)等によって互 いに接続スリーブ(10)から若干の距離離して配置した請求項1乃至3のうち のいずれか一項に記載の旋回接続装置。 5.前記接続スリーブとこの接続スリーブの周囲の同心状のリング(12,13 )との間の空間に加圧媒体を供給してこれらリング(12,13)をカバー(1 5)の周りの対応のリング(17,18)に圧着させるようにするためのチャン ネル(20)を前記接続スリーブ(10)に設けた請求項1乃至4のうちのいず れか一項に記載の旋回接続装置。 6.前記ハブ(6)の一方の端部におけるアタッチメントピース(7)を、貫通 ボルト孔(8)を有するリングにより構成した請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか 一項に記載の旋回接続装置。 7.ボルト孔(8)を、釈放自在の締付ボルトに対してロックねじを締付けるた めの半径方向のねじ開口(9)に接続した請求項6記載の旋回接続装置。 8.前記ボルト孔における締付ボルトは、ロックねじを衝合させる領域に包囲窪 み(31)を設け、この窪み(31)はボルトの軸線に対して約45°の角度を なす傾斜側面を有する溝として構成した請求項6又は7記載の旋回接続装置。
