Description
Claims (20)
- 1.分析ロータにおいて、 頂面と底面、中心軸心、及び、該頂面を貫通する試料供給口を有するロータ体部 、 該ロータ体部内に設置され、そして該試料供給口から液を受取るように該試料供 給口に連結された計量室、 該ロータ体部内に設置され、そして該試料供給口から液を受取るように該試料供 給口に連結された溢流室、及び 該ロータ体部が静止している間に該計量室が液で完全に充満され、そして過剰な 液か該溢流室へ流れるように、該試料供給口からの液流を該溢流室よりも該計量 室へ優先して選択的に指向させる装備を備える分析ロータ。
- 2.該計量室と該溢流室が、該試料供給口からの液の毛管流を作る毛管寸法を有 する、請求の範囲第1項の分析ロータ。
- 3.該計量室へ入る液の流率が該溢流室へ入る液の流率より高くなるように、該 計量室が、該溢流室の液流面積より大きい液流面積を有する、請求の範囲第2項 の分析ロータ。
- 4.該液流選択的指向装備が、該計量室に設けられる第1の通気口、該溢流室に 設けられる第2の通気口、及び、該第2通気口を選択的に遮断することにより、 該第2通気口の遮断が解除されるまで液が該計量室だけへ流れるようにさせる装 備を備える、請求の範囲第2項の分析ロータ。
- 5.該液流選択的指向装備が、該計量室を該試料供給口へ連結する毛管入口セグ メント、及び、該溢流室を該試料供給室へ連結する毛管連結通路を備え、ここで 、該計量室へ入る液の流率が該溢流室へ入る液の流率より高くなるように、該毛 管入口セクションが、該連結通路の液流面積より大きい液流面積を有する、請求 の範囲第1項の分析ロータ。
- 6.該選択的遮断装備が、該第2通気口を覆う膜を備える、請求の範囲第6項の 分析ロータ。
- 7.分析ロータにおいて、 頂面と底面、中心軸心、及び、該頂面を貫通する試料供給口を有するロータ体部 、 該試料供給口に連結された、毛管寸法を有する計量室、該計量室から半径方向外 方向に設置され、そして毛管寸法を有さない通路によって該計量室に連結された 受取室、 該試料供給口に連結された、毛管寸法を有する溢流室、及び、該ロータが静止し ている間に該計量室が液で完全に充満され、そして過剰な液が該溢流室へ流れる ように、該試料供給口からの液流を該溢流室よりも該計量室へ優先して選択的に 指向させる装備 を備える分析ロータ。
- 8.該計量室へ入る液の流率が該溢流室へ入る液の流率より高くなるように、該 計量室が、該溢流室の液流面積より大きい液流面積を有する、請求の範囲第7項 の分析ロータ。
- 9.該液流選択的指向装備が、該計量室に設けられる第1の通気口、該溢流室に 設けられる第2の通気口、及び、該第2通気口を選択的に遮断することにより、 該第2通気口の遮断か解除されるまで液が該計量室だけへ流れるようにさせる装 備を備える、請求の範囲第7項の分析ロータ。
- 10.該選択的遮断装備が、該第2通気口を覆う膜を備える、請求の範囲第9項 の分析ロータ。
- 11.該計量室が液で充満されたことを表示する装備を更に備える、請求の範囲 第7項の分析ロータ。
- 12.該表示装備が、該計量室内の液を見られるようにする透明窓を備える、請 求の範囲第11項の分析ロータ。
- 13.該計量室及び/又は該溢流室の内面に付着される凝固防止材料の層を更に 備える、請求の範囲第7項の分析ロータ。
- 14.流率を高くするために該計量室及び/又は該溢流室の内面に付着される表 面活性剤の層を更に備える、請求の範囲第7項の分析ロータ。
- 15.液の充満速度がより速い区域とより遅い区域を作るように該表面活性剤が 該内面の選択された区域に付着される、請求の範囲第14項の分析ロータ。
- 16.該試料供給口が、該計量室の容積より大きく、そして該計量室と該溢流室 とを合わせた容積よりも小さい容積を有する、請求の範囲第5項の分析ロータ。
- 17.該試料供給口に連結された、毛管寸法を有する少なくとも1つの追加の計 量室を更に備える、請求の範囲第7項の分析ロータ。
- 18.試料供給口から計量された容積の液を分析ロータ内の受取室へ移送する方 法において、 該ロータが静止している間に未だ計量されない容積の液を該試料供給口へ導入し 、これによって該液を毛管作用で、該未計量容積より小さい一定容積を有する計 量室内へ、この計量室が充満されるまで流入させること、過剰な液を毛管作用で 溢流室内へ流入させること、及び、該ロータを回転させることにより該計量室か ら計量された容積の液を半径方向外方向に該受取室へ移送すること の諸段階を備える方法。
- 19.該溢流室への流入段階の前に該溢流室に設けられた通気口を開く段階を更 に備える、請求の範囲第17項の方法。
- 20.該通気口開き段階が、該通気口を覆うカバーを刺通すことによって行われ る、請求の範囲第18項の方法。
