【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、耐圧防爆形スイッチに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
爆発性ガスの雰囲気下で用いられる耐圧防爆形スイッチとしては、図３に示す ように、耐圧防爆構造の容器蓋３４に穿設された取付孔に挿通された操作軸３２ を設け、容器内部に設置された押釦スイッチ３１を操作部４２の押動によって操 作軸３２が押すというものがある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような耐圧防爆形スイッチでは、容器蓋３４を貫通する操 作軸３２は、耐圧防爆性能を保持するためのスキＷとスキの奥行Ｌが必要である ので、構造が複雑となり、機械加工も精度が必要で費用がかかるという問題があ った。
【０００４】 本考案は、このような問題を解決するためになされたもので、容器蓋にスイッ チのための加工を施す必要がなくなり、安価な耐圧防爆形スイッチを提供するこ とにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の耐圧防爆形スイッチは、容器蓋に取り付けられた透明板と、 容器内部には容器外部から前記透明板を透して見える位置に設置されたスイッチ と、 前記スイッチを制御させる容器外部操作体を備えたことを特徴としている。
【０００６】 また、本考案の耐圧防爆形スイッチは、非磁性体からなる容器蓋と、 容器内部に設置された磁気近接スイッチと、 前記容器蓋の前面には前記磁気近接スイッチの対応部位に銘板を貼着してなり、 前記磁気近接スイッチを制御させる容器外部操作体を備えたことを特徴としてい る。

【作用】
請求項１に記載した考案の耐圧防爆形スイッチにおいては、スイッチが容器蓋 に取付けられた透明板を透して容器外部から見ることができ、容器外部操作体を 無接点スイッチの対応部位に近づけて信号を発し、その信号に応じてスイッチが オン、オフする。
【０００８】 請求項２に記載した考案の耐圧防爆形スイッチにおいては、容器蓋の前面には 容器内部の磁気近接スイッチの対応部位に銘板を貼着しているので、この銘板が 目印となり、そこへ容器外部操作体を近づけることにより磁気近接スイッチがオ ンし、遠ざけるとオフする。

【実施例】
図１は、本考案の要部断面図である。 容器蓋４には、透明板である強化ガラス３が樹脂で固着されている。 なお、強化ガラスは、螺子止めでも取付可能である。 容器内部にはフォトスイッチ１が、また、フォトスイッチ１の真上には表示器 ５が設置されて、両者は強化ガラス３を透して見ることができる。フォトスイッ チ１を制御するための外部操作体は、先端に光ファイバーを備えた携帯可能な発 光装置２である。 この耐圧防爆形スイッチをオンさせるには、発光装置２をフォトスイッチ１の 見えている強化ガラス３に近づけて発光させると、光が強化ガラス３を透過し、 フォトスイッチ１に達してオンさせる。
【００１０】 また、上述の動作は、フォトスイッチ１が多数個設置してある場合には、真上 に設置してある表示器５と一対で使用することにより、表示器に対応したフォト スイッチを操作できる。
【００１２】 上述の耐圧防爆形スイッチにおいて、スイッチとして、磁気近接スイッチを、 外部操作体として鉄棒を用いてもよい。 この耐圧防爆形スイッチをオンさせるには、鉄棒を磁気近接スイッチの見えて いる強化ガラスに近づけることによりオンさせる。
【００１３】 図３は、本考案の他の実施例である。 容器内部には磁気近接スイッチ２１が設置され、容器蓋２４は非磁性体製のも のである（ステンレスやアルミニウム等）。容器蓋２４の前面には磁気近接スイ ッチ２１に対応した部位に目印となる銘板６が貼着されている。磁気近接スイッ チ２１を制御するための外部操作体は、鉄棒２２である。 この耐圧防爆形スイッチをオンさせるには、鉄棒２２を容器前面の銘板６に近 づけてオンさせる。

【考案の効果】
本考案に係る耐圧防爆形スイッチは、フォトスイッチ等のスイッチを容器内部 に設置し、容器外部から操作することができるので、スイッチのための加工が不 要となり、安価となる。 また、表示器と一対で使用することにより、表示器に対応したスイッチ部位を 操作することができる。 さらには、容器蓋を非磁性体製とし、容器蓋に貼着した銘板に容器外部から鉄 棒を近づけて、容器内部の磁気近接スイッチをオンさせているので、より安価に することができる。
