【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、耐圧防爆形スイッチに
関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】爆発性ガスの雰囲気下で用いられる耐圧
防爆形スイッチとしては、図３に示すように、耐圧防爆
構造の容器蓋３４に穿設された取付孔に挿通された操作
軸３２を設け、容器内部に設置された押釦スイッチ３１
を操作部４２の押動によって操作軸３２が押すというも
のがある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、このよ
うな耐圧防爆形スイッチでは、容器蓋３４を貫通する操
作軸３２は、耐圧防爆性能を保持するためのスキＷとス
キの奥行Ｌが必要であるので、構造が複雑となり、機械
加工も精度が必要で費用がかかるという問題があった。
【０００４】本考案は、このような問題を解決するため
になされたもので、容器蓋にスイッチのための加工を施
す必要がなくなり、安価な耐圧防爆形スイッチを提供す
ることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案の耐圧防爆形スイ
ッチは、容器蓋に取り付けられた透明板と、容器内部に
は容器外部から前記透明板を透して見える位置に設置さ
れたスイッチと、前記スイッチを制御させる容器外部操
作体を備えたことを特徴としている。

【作用】請求項１に記載した考案の耐圧防爆形スイッチ
においては、スイッチが容器蓋に取付けられた透明板を
透して容器外部から見ることができ、容器外部操作体を
無接点スイッチの対応部位に近づけて信号を発し、その
信号に応じてスイッチがオン、オフする。

【実施例】図１は、本考案の要部断面図である。容器蓋
４には、透明板である強化ガラス３が樹脂で固着されて
いる。なお、強化ガラスは、螺子止めでも取付可能であ
る。容器内部にはフォトスイッチ１が、また、フォトス
イッチ１の真上には表示器５が設置されて、両者は強化
ガラス３を透して見ることができる。フォトスイッチ１
を制御するための外部操作体は、先端に光ファイバーを
備えた携帯可能な発光装置２である。この耐圧防爆形ス
イッチをオンさせるには、発光装置２をフォトスイッチ
１の見えている強化ガラス３に近づけて発光させると、
光が強化ガラス３を透過し、フォトスイッチ１に達して
オンさせる。
【００１０】また、上述の動作は、フォトスイッチ１が
多数個設置してある場合には、真上に設置してある表示
器５と一対で使用することにより、表示器に対応したフ
ォトスイッチを操作できる。
【００１２】上述の耐圧防爆形スイッチにおいて、スイ
ッチとして、磁気近接スイッチを、外部操作体として鉄
棒を用いてもよい。この耐圧防爆形スイッチをオンさせ
るには、鉄棒を磁気近接スイッチの見えている強化ガラ
スに近づけることによりオンさせる。
【００１３】図２は、参考例である。容器内部には磁気
近接スイッチ２１が設置され、容器蓋２４は非磁性体製
のものである（ステンレスやアルミニウム等）。容器蓋
２４の前面には磁気近接スイッチ２１に対応した部位に
目印となる銘板６が貼着されている。磁気近接スイッチ
２１を制御するための外部操作体は、鉄棒２２である。
この耐圧防爆形スイッチをオンさせるには、鉄棒２２を
容器前面の銘板６に近づけてオンさせる。

【考案の効果】本考案に係る耐圧防爆形スイッチは、フ
ォトスイッチ等のスイッチを容器内部に設置し、容器外
部から操作することができるので、スイッチのための加
工が不要となり、安価となる。また、表示器と一対で使
用することにより、表示器に対応したスイッチ部位を操
作することができる。
