Abstract

(57)【要約】 （修正有） 【目的】レンガの積み上げが容易であり、日曜大工でも
可能なレンガ積み工法を提供する。 【構成】左右に上下方向に側穴を穿つたレンガ２が左右
方向に並べられた段列をレンガの継ぎ目が上下の段列ご
とに半丁ずつくい違うようにかつ上下の段列の間にメジ
板４をはさみながら積み上げていき、メジ板４の下面に
突設されて下段列のレンガの側穴に嵌合させられた下突
起５を備え、メジ板４の上面に突設されて上段列のレン
ガの側穴に嵌合させられた上突起６を備え、側穴に通さ
れた連結具７により上下のメジ板４同士を連結する。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、レンガ積み工法に関す
るものである。

【従来の技術】従来の工法にあつてはレンガの積み上げ
が容易ではなく、特に日曜大工などでは困難であつた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】レンガの積み上げが容
易であり、日曜大工でも可能なレンガ積み工法の実現
が、課題である。

【課題を解決するための手段】左右に上下方向に側穴を
穿つたレンガが左右方向に並べられた段列をレンガの継
ぎ目が上下の段列ごとに半丁ずつくい違うようにかつ上
下の段列の間にメジ板をはさみながら積み上げていき、
メジ板の下面に突設されて下段列のレンガの側穴に嵌合
させられた下突起を備え、メジ板の上面に突設されて上
段列のレンガの側穴に嵌合させられた上突起を備え、側
穴に通された連結具により上下のメジ板同士を連結する
ことを手段とする。

【実施例】実施例について、図面を参照して説明する。
【０００６】左右に上下方向に側穴１を穿つたレンガ２
が左右方向に並べられた段列をレンガ２の継ぎ目３が上
下の段列ごとに半丁ずつくい違うように、かつ上下の段
列の間にメジ板４をはさみながら積み上げられる。
【０００７】メジ板４の下面に突設されて、下段列のレ
ンガ２の側穴１に嵌合させられた下突起５を備える。
【０００８】メジ板４の上面に突設されて、上段列のレ
ンガ２の側穴１に嵌合させられた上突起６を備える。
【０００９】側穴１に通された連結具７により、上下の
メジ板４、４同士を連結する。
【００１０】メジ板４の寸法は、図２、３に示されるよ
うにレンガ２丁分の長さが取扱い上都合がよく、標準サ
イズとするが、図４、５のようにレンガ１丁分のサイズ
でもよく、その他サイズは特に限定されない。
【００１１】突起５、５間の間隔、突起６、６間の間隔
は、段列の側穴１、１間の間隔に合わせるようにし、側
穴１、１間の間隔もそれに適合するように定める。
【００１２】図７は、メジ板がレンガの長さである場合
を示す。図面では、上突起６と下突起５とは上下に一致
しているが、必ずしも一致させる必要はない
【００１３】メジ板４の材質は廃プラが適当であるが、
特に限定されない。
【００１４】連結具７はたたき込まれたくぎ材が適当で
あるが、特に限定されない。

【発明の効果】本発明は上述のように構成されているの
で、次に記載する効果を生ずる。
【００１６】コンクリート又はモルタルのような素人に
は困難な工法が不要である。
【００１７】レンガとメジ板とを嵌合して、連結具を打
込んでいけば積み上げられるので、日曜大工でも容易に
施工可能である。
【００１８】突起と側穴との嵌合により、レンガの位置
決めが容易であり、連結具により全体が強固である。
【００１９】連結具を上方に延長して、フエンスとして
利用できる。
【００２０】レンガ積みを直角に曲げたい場合には、メ
ジ板を半裁して対応可能である。
【００２１】廃プラを利用することができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 左右に上下方向に側穴を穿つたレンガが
    左右方向に並べられた段列をレンガの継ぎ目が上下の段
    列ごとに半丁ずつくい違うようにかつ上下の段列の間に
    メジ板をはさみながら積み上げていくレンガ積み工法で
    あつて、 メジ板の下面に突設されて下段列のレンガの側穴に嵌合
    させられた下突起を備え、 メジ板の上面に突設されて上段列のレンガの側穴に嵌合
    させられた上突起を備え、 側穴に通された連結具により上下のメジ板同士を連結す
    る、 ことを特徴とする積み上げ易いレンガ積み工法
