Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案は、ミルク、ソース、醤油等の流動物を収容する
ためのミニサイズの使い捨て容器に関する。
（従来技術及びその問題点） ミルク、ソース、醤油等を収容して成るミニサイズの使
い捨て容器は現在広く使用されている。
この容器は、一般に容器本体の開口部をアルミ箔や薄い
プラスチックフィルムでシールして成るものであって、
使用に際してはアルミ箔やプラスチックフィルムを引き
剥がして内容物を取り出すものである。
しかし、この種の容器では、アルミ箔やプラスチックフ
ィルム等の蓋材を引き剥がす際に、ミルク等の内容物に
よって手を汚すという問題がある。
従って本考案の目的は、上述したタイプの使い捨て容器
において、手を汚すことなく容易に内容物を取り出すこ
とが可能な容器を提供することにある。
（考案の構成） 本考案によれば、可撓性の容器本体と、該容器本体の開
口部を密閉する破断可能な箔乃至フィルム製の蓋材とか
ら成る包装容器において、 前記容器本体の底面部には、前記蓋材側に延びている硬
質のパイプが設けられ、該パイプの少なくとも上端部に
は、内容物注ぎ出し用の案内となる切り欠きが設けられ
ていることを特徴とする包装容器が提供される。
（実施例） 本考案を以下添付図面に示す具体例に基づいて説明す
る。
本考案の容器を示す第１図において、この容器は容器本
体１と該容器本体１の開口部を密閉する様に設けられて
いる蓋材２とから成っている。
容器本体１は可撓性であり、一般に熱可塑性樹脂製のフ
ィルムから成り、また蓋材２は破断可能な箔乃至フィル
ムであり、一般にアルミ等の金属箔や熱可塑性樹脂製の
フィルムから形成されている。
本考案においては、容器本体１の底面１ａに、蓋材２側
に延びている硬質のパイプ３が設けられており、このパ
イプ３の上端部には切り欠き４が形成されている。
即ち本考案によれば、第２図に示す様に、使用に際して
はこの容器を逆さまにし、底面１ａを指等で押圧して凹
ませ、パイプ３により蓋材２を破断して内容物１０を取
り出すのである。
この際内容物１０は、パイプ３の切り欠き４を介して注
ぎ出されることが理解されよう。
本考案において、このパイプ３は蓋材２を破断するため
に用いるため、ポリプロピレン等の或る程度硬質の合成
樹脂で形成され、且つ底面を凹ませた際に蓋材２を破断
し得る様な長さ及び形状を有していることが必要であ
る。パイプ３は、容器本体１と一体に成形されていても
よいし、また適当な接着剤等によって底面１ａに固着さ
れていてもよい。
また本考案において、パイプ３に設けられている切り欠
き４は、内容物１０の注ぎ出し用の案内流路となる様
に、第２図に示されている通り、蓋材２の破断に際し、
蓋材２と該切り欠き４が交差する様な大きさを有してい
るか若しくはその様な位置に設けられている。
かかる切り欠き４は、一個である必要はなく、例えば第
３−Ａ図に示す如く、複数個設けてもよいし、または第
３−Ｂ図に示す様に複数個の穴であってもよく、勿論パ
イプ３の長手方向全体に延びている様なものであっても
よい。
尚、上述した本考案において、容器本体１が熱可塑性樹
脂製フィルムで形成されていると述べたが、パイプ３が
蓋材２を破断し得る様に底面１ａを凹ませられる限りに
おいて、アルミ箔等の金属箔で形成されていてもよい。
（作用効果） かかる本考案によれば、手を汚さずに且つ片手でワンタ
ッチで容易に内容物を取り出すことが可能である。
本考案の容器は、ミルク、ソース、醤油、ドレッシング
等の流動物用の使い捨て容器として極めて有用である。

  1. 【請求項１】可撓性の容器本体と、該容器本体の開口部
    を密閉する破断可能な箔乃至フィルム製の蓋材とから成
    る包装容器において、 前記容器本体の底面部には、前記蓋材側に延びている硬
    質のパイプが設けられ、該パイプの少なくとも上端部に
    は、内容物注ぎ出し用の案内となる切り欠きが設けられ
    ていることを特徴とする包装容器。
