Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 廃棄物の重量，嵩を極力少なくすることが出
来る液体注出容器を提案する。 【構成】 容器体２に押し下げヘッド式注出ポンプ３を
着脱自在に装着した液体注出容器であって、容器体胴部
４を薄肉に形成して廃棄の際にこの薄肉の胴部４を有す
る容器体のみを廃棄する如く構成した。又、注出ポンプ
３下端の吸い上げパイプ８下端部を容器体胴部底壁4aの
中央部に、吸い上げパイプ８下端内外が連通可能に嵌着
固定させて、注出ポンプ３により容器体胴部中央を支持
する如く構成した。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は液体注出容器に関する。

【従来の技術】 【考案が解決しようとする課題】
液状化粧品等を収納する容器は、保形性を有する肉厚の合成樹脂或いは硝子等 により形成され、内容物の使用後廃棄するのが一般的である。しかしながら、近 年のゴミ処理事情の悪化に伴い、廃棄物は出来るだけその重量，嵩を押さえるこ とが要望されている。
【０００３】 本考案はこの様な背景よりなされたもので、廃棄物の重量，嵩を極力小さくす ることの出来る液体注出容器を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案容器は上記課題を解決するため、筒状胴部４上端より口頚部５を起立し てなる容器体２と、上記口頚部５外周に嵌合させた装着キャップ７により容器体 ２に着脱自在に装着させるとともに、下端の吸い上げパイプ８を容器体胴部４内 に垂下させ、且つ上端の押し下げヘッド11を装着キャップ７上方に上下動可能に 突出させた注出ポンプ３とからなる液体注出容器であって、上記容器体胴部４を 薄肉に形成するとともに、容器体胴部４内中央下端に垂下させた吸い上げパイプ ８下端部を、容器体胴部底壁4a中央部に突設した係止突起６により、吸い上げパ イプ８下端内外が連通可能に嵌着固定して構成した。

【作用】
【０００６】 容器体胴部４内中央下端に垂下させた吸い上げパイプ８の下端部を、容器体２ の胴部底壁８中央部に突設した係止突起６に嵌合固定させて、装着キャップ７の 口頚部５外周への嵌着固定と相まって容器体胴部４中央部分上下を注出ポンプ３ により所定間隔に補強支持させ、薄肉の容器体胴部４の変形防止を可能とする。
【０００７】 又、容器内液を使い切った後は、注出ポンプ３を外して薄肉の胴部を有する容 器体２のみを廃棄するため、廃棄物の重量，嵩ともに小さくすることが可能であ る。

【実施例】
以下、本考案の実施例を図面を参照して説明する。
【０００９】 図１〜図３は本考案容器の一実施例を示し、図中１は液体注出容器である。該 容器１は、容器体２と、注出ポンプ３とから構成している。
【００１０】 容器体２は透明性を有する合成樹脂により一体に形成したもので、薄肉の矩形 筒状をなす胴部４上端中央より若干肉厚の口頚部５を起立するとともに、胴部底 壁4aの中央部には複数の係止突起６…を突設している。本実施例における各係止 突起６…は、胴部底壁4aを上方へ隆起した状態に構成することにより容器体の重 量削減を図っており、又、各突起間中央に所定大きさの空隙Ａをあけて前後左右 放射状に形成されたもので、各突起６…内側面間に上記注出ポンプ３の後述する 吸い上げパイプ下端部外面が当接係止される如く構成している。
【００１１】 注出ポンプ３は合成樹脂により形成したもので、上記容器体口頚部５外周に螺 着させた装着キャップ７により容器体２に着脱自在に装着させるとともに、下端 の吸い上げパイプ８付きシリンダー９を容器体胴部４内に垂下させ、且つ、上端 のノズル10付き押し下げヘッド11を上方付勢状態で上下動可能に装着キャップ７ の上方に突出させて構成しており、上記押し下げヘッド11の上下動により容器体 胴部４内の液を下端の吸い上げパイプ８より吸い上げ、上端のノズル10より注出 する如く構成した公知のポンプ機構を有するものである。又、上記吸い上げパイ プ８は円筒状の剛性を有する材質で形成され、その下端部を上記空隙Ａ上方より 挿入して各係止突起６…内側面間に嵌着固定させている。又、吸い上げパイプ８ の下端縁には、所定間隔をあけて逆Ｕ字状の切欠き部12を４箇所設けており、下 端部を上記係止突起６…内側面間に嵌着固定させた際に、各切欠き部12…が各係 止突起６…間に開口して容器体胴部４内と吸い上げパイプ８内とが良好に連通す る如く構成している。
【００１２】 上記の如く構成した容器１は、押し下げヘッド11を上下動させることにより内 部のポンプ機構の作用で容器体胴部４内の液を吸い上げパイプ８下端の各切欠き 部12或いは下端開口より吸い上げ、ヘッドのノズル10先端より注出する如く構成 している。

【考案の効果】
以上説明した如く本考案容器は、既述構成としたことにより、内容液を使い切 った後は、注出ポンプを外して薄肉の胴部を有する容器体のみを廃棄させれば良 い為、廃棄物の重量，嵩を極めて少なくすることが出来、昨今のゴミ処理事情に 好適な容器である。
【００１４】 又、容器使用の際は、注出ポンプにより容器体上下端中央を支持させているた め、薄肉の胴部を有するにもかかわらず、それに起因する胴部の変形を極力防止 出来、良好な液の注出を行えるものである。
【００１５】 更に、構造も極めて単純であるため、安価に製造出来る利点もある。

  1. 【請求項１】筒状胴部４上端より口頚部５を起立してな
    る容器体２と、上記口頚部５外周に嵌合させた装着キャ
    ップ７により容器体２に着脱自在に装着させるととも
    に、下端の吸い上げパイプ８を容器体胴部４内に垂下さ
    せ、且つ上端の押し下げヘッド11を装着キャップ７上方
    に上下動可能に突出させた注出ポンプ３とからなる液体
    注出容器に於いて、上記容器体胴部４を薄肉に形成する
    とともに、容器体胴部４内中央下端に垂下させた吸い上
    げパイプ８下端部を、容器体胴部底壁4a中央部に突設し
    た係止突起６により、吸い上げパイプ８下端内外が連通
    可能に嵌着固定してなることを特徴とする液体注出容
    器。
