Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この考案は、冷菓類用容器に関し、特に冷菓類及びワイ
ン、ウィスキー、水等の所望飲料を共に収納して販売す
る容器に関する。
（従来の技術） 容器本体の内部を隔壁により区劃し、各区劃内に所望の
冷菓類を収納し、所謂「色違い」や「味違い」のものと
して製造販売することは公知である。しかし公知の容器
は、冷菓類のみを収納するもので、冷菓類と所望飲料と
を低温で併存させて収納することは到底不可能であっ
た。又例えば冷菓類を食べると喉が渇き、水が欲しくな
る事が多い。
（問題点を解決するための手段） この考案は、この様な従来の問題点に着目してなされた
もので、第１容器の内底に断熱性飲料容器を接着固定し
て設けた事により前述の問題点を解決せんとしたもので
ある。
次にこの考案の実施例を図面について説明する。第１〜
２図に於いて、本体10は防水加工し又は発泡スチレン等
の断熱材から成る冷菓類収納用第１容器12の内底14に、
同じく防水加工し又は発泡スチレン等の断熱材から成る
小容積の密閉第２容器16を接着剤層16Cを介して接着固
定して飲料を収納させる様にする。この飲料容器16の天
板18の所要個所にストロー等が略挿入出来る直径を有す
る小透孔20を穿設し、該小透孔に紙蓋又は粘着テープ22
を貼着出来る様にする。
実施例に於いては、約300mlの内容積を有する第１容器1
2を発泡ポリスチレンとし、その内底14上に発泡ウレタ
ン製飲料容器16を接着剤層16Cを介して固定し、その天
板18の直径を６mmとし、該第２容器の内容積を約６mlと
する。第２容器16内に無炭酸アルカリ飲料水等を満たし
た後、天板18の小透孔20を粘着テープ22等で封じて密閉
し、第１容器12内にアイスクリームをその容積１杯まで
充填して、防水加工紙製蓋24とし、容器12と１体とす
る。
（考案の作用効果） この容器本体10を皿の上に逆さまに置いて家庭用冷蔵庫
の冷凍室内で７日間保存した。この場合１日５回、１日
１回につき30秒間冷凍庫外に出して皿と共に振動させ端
子。保存テスト後容器本体12内のアイスクリームと第２
容器16内の飲料水の夫々の状態を目視と試食によって調
べたが、両者は全く混合する等の異常がなかった。１連
の実験を５回繰り返したが、いずれの場合も異常は認め
られなかった。
前述の通りこの考案によれば、従来困難であったアイス
クリーム等の冷菓類内での例えば水等の飲料の併存を可
能にするものである。従ってアイスクリームを食べた
後、小透孔20の粘着テープ22にストローを貫通して第２
容器16内の冷水を飲めば、従来アイスクリーム食後、一
層喉の渇きを憶えると云う現象を軽減させる事が出来
る。上述の如く当考案は第２容器16を第１容器12の内底
14に接着剤層16Cを介して固定収納したという構造的特
徴を有することによって、例えば、第２容器の重量が容
器10の蓋24の部分にかかることが極めて少なく、従って
商品流通の際などの苛酷な条件（振動・衝撃）に対して
安定的などである。また第１容器と第２容器との組合せ
乃至は係合の観点からいって当考案の構造はシンプルで
あるが故に製作が容易である。なお当考案において第２
容器16を複数とすることができる。

第１図は、この考案に係る冷菓類用容器の実施例の正面
図、第２図は、その蓋を取り外した状態の断面図であ

    器(12)の内底(14)に防水加工紙又は断熱性樹脂からなる
    小容積を有する飲料等収納用密閉第２容器(16)を接着剤
    層(16C)を介して固定収納したことを特徴とする冷菓類
    用容器(10)。
  2. 【請求項２】前記第１容器の内底に接着固定収納の第２
    容器の数が複数であることを含む冷菓類用容器。
