本考案は例えば自動車等の車両のバンパーに取付けられるランプの取付構造に 関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図３に示すように自動車(1) 等の車両のバンパー(2) に方向指示ランプ(3) が 組付けられる場合がある。 従来は上記ランプ(3) をバンパー(2) に取付けるには、図４に示すように該バ ンパー(2) にランプ取付穴(4) を設け、該ランプ取付穴(4) に前面にレンズ(6) を嵌着し内部にバルブ(7) を収納したランプハウジング(5) を組付ける構成が採 用されていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来の構成では、ランプハウジング(5) をバンパー(2) のラ ンプ取付穴(4) に組付ける際に、該取付穴(4) 周囲のバンパー(2) が傷付くおそ れがあり、またランプハウジング(5) とランプ取付穴(4) の周縁との間隙巾も不 均一で見栄えが良くなかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、車両(1) のバンパー(2 ) の所定個所にランプ取付穴(4) を設け、該ランプ取付穴(4) の周壁にリブ(8) を突設し、該リブ(8) を介してランプハウジング(5) を該ランプ取付穴(4) に組 付けたランプの取付構造を提供するものである。

【作用】
本考案ではランプハウジング(5) はバンパー(2) のランプ取付穴(4) にリブ(8 ) を介して組付けるので、バンパー(2) に直接ランプハウジング(5) が接触しな い。またリブ(8) がスペーサーになってバンパー(2) のランプ取付穴(4) 周縁と ランプハウジング(5) との間隙巾が均一になる。

【実施例】
本考案を図１および図２に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、自動車(1) のバ ンパー(2) の所定個所にはランプ取付穴(4) が設けられ、該ランプ取付穴(4) の 周壁にはリブ(8) が形成されている。 (5) は方向指示ランプ(3) のランプハウジングであり、前面にはレンズ(6) が 嵌着され、内部にはバルブ(7) が収納されており、該ランプハウジング(5) はバ ンパー(2) のランプ取付穴(4) に組付けられるが、この際、該ランプハウジング (5) はリブ(8) にガイドされ、バンパー(2) に直接接触することを防止される。 またランプハウジング(5) とランプ取付穴(4) 周縁との間隙巾は該リブ(8) がス ペーサーとなり均一となる。

【考案の効果】
したがって本考案ではランプ組付けの際のバンパーの傷付きが防止され、また ランプとバンパーの取付穴周縁との間隙巾も均一になり見栄えが改良される。
