Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 1.沈殿物として、少なくとも50重量%のコバルトであるマトリックスおよび 少なくとも50重量%のクロミウムカーバイドであるそのマトリックスに包含さ れた粒子を有してなり、少なくとも50重量%の粒子が4〜12μmのサイズ範 囲内で落下することからなる電着組成物塗布剤。
- 2.80重量%の粒子が、4〜12μmのサイズ範囲内で落下する請求の範囲1 に記載の塗布剤。
- 3.90重量%の粒子が、4〜12μmのサイズ範囲内で落下する請求の範囲1 に記載の塗布剤。
- 4.粒子が、7μmの平均サイズを有する請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかに記載の 塗布剤。
- 5.実質的に全ての粒子が、クロミウムである請求の範囲1〜4のいずれかに記 載の塗布剤。
- 6.マトリックスが、実質的に全てコバルトである請求の範囲1〜5のいずれか に記載のカーバイド塗布剤。
- 7.沈殿物として、コバルトのマトリックスおよびそのマトリックスに包含され たクロミウムカーバイドの粒子、サイズで4μmを越える少なくとも80重量% の粒子および4μm〜8μmのサイズ範囲内にある少なくとも80重量%の粒子 を包含することからなる電着組成物塗布剤。
- 8.粒子が実質的に20μmより大きなサイズを有していない請求の範囲7に記 載の塗布剤。
- 9.粒子が、前記サイズ範囲にまたがるサイズで実質的に均等に分布している前 期請求の範囲のいずれかに記載の塗布剤。
- 10.電着により、または電気なしの沈殿により、コバルトのマトリックスを沈 殿させ、そしてメッキ浴中に懸濁したクロミウムカーバイドのマトリックス粒子 と共に共沈殿させ、80重量%の粒子が、4〜12μmのサイズ範囲内で落下し てなる塗布剤の製造方法。
- 11.沈殿した塗布剤を熱処硬して、マトリックスと粒子間の物質を分散させる 請求の範囲10に記載の方法。
