Claims (21)

- 2.遺伝子物質の強く保護された区画が少なくとも58%のホモロジーを有する ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.遺伝子糸のハプロタイプを決定することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記 載の方法。
- 4.遺伝子系の遺伝子座を比較することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 5.遺伝子系の対立遺伝子を比較することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 6.組織適合系の遺伝子系を遺伝子系として使用することを特徴とする、請求項 3〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 7.免疫グロブリン超遺伝子ファミリーのメンバーのひとつの遺伝子系を遺伝子 系として使用することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 8.免疫グロブリンの遺伝子系を遺伝子系として使用することを特徴とする、請 求項7記載の方法。
- 9.T細胞受容体の遺伝子系を遺伝子系として使用することを特徴とする、請求 項7記載の方法。
- 10.組織分類または細胞分類を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載 の方法。
- 11.移植物または細胞の適合性の度合を決定することを特徴とする、請求項1 0記載の方法。

- 16.強く保護されたヌクレオチドシーケンスが完全に保護されたシーケンスを 使用して増幅されることを特徴とする請求項14または15記載の方法。
- 17.強く保護されたヌクレオチドシーケンスがPCR(ポリメラーゼ鎖反応) を用いて増幅されることを特徴とする、請求項16記載の方法。
- 18.増幅されたシーケンスが直接シーケンス分析に委ねられることを特徴とす る、請求項16または17記載の方法。
- 19.増幅されたシーケンスが変性グラジエントゲル電気泳動(DGGE)に委 ねられることを特徴とする、請求項16または17記載の方法。
- 20.増幅されたシーケンスが温度グラジエントゲル電気泳動(TGGE)に委 ねられることを特徴とする、請求項16または17記載の方法。
- 21.プライマーとして少なくとも5個のヌクレオチドの長さを有する1個また は2個の完全に保護されたヌクレオチドシーケンス、およびあるいは完全に保護 されたヌクレオチドシーケンスによって側面を守られている調べるべき遺伝子物 質の強く保護された区画を増幅および分析するための他の手段を含む遺伝子ファ ミリーにおける遺伝子変異体を追跡するためのキット。
