Description
Claims (10)
- 1.移植組織を移植するための中空空域を造るための、或いは自家移植のための 組織を整えるための自己拡張性組織拡張部材であって、この組織拡張部材自体が 組織内に移植され、組織内において浸透性活力により体液、特に水分をこの組織 拡張部材を囲繞している組織から吸収する様式のものにおいて、ヒドロゲル(2 )から成る成形体(5)が設けられていることを特徴とする自己拡張性組織拡張 部材。
- 2.ヒドロゲル(2)がイオン性のヒドロゲルであることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載の組織拡張部材。
- 3.イオン性のヒドロゲルが鹸化された非イオン性のヒドロゲルであることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の組織拡張部材。
- 4.非イオン性のヒドロゲルがメチルメタアクリレート(MMA)をベースとし た重合体であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の組織拡張部材。
- 5.成形体(5)が選択的に浸透性の膜(3)によって囲繞されていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか一つに記載の組織拡張部材。
- 6.膜(3)内にほぼ1モルの水性溶液(4)が存在していることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第5項に記載の組織拡張部材。
- 7.高分子電解質の性質を有する他の生理的に許容性のある塩或いは巨大分子が 水性溶液(4)内に溶解されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の 組織拡張部材。
- 8.ヒドロケル(2)から成る成形体(5)が多くの単個体に分割されているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第7項のいずれか一つに記載の組織拡張部 材。
- 9.ガスが充填されている圧力緩衝体が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項から第8項のいずれか一つに記載の組織拡張部材。
- 10.成形体(5)もしくは単個体および/または膜(3)に部分的に金属、特 に貴金属が蒸着されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第10項のい ずれか一つに記載の組織拡張部材。
