Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.物品を成形する方法において、 (a)混合物を生成する工程であって、該混合物が、(1)前記混合物の容積の 約40%乃至60%を占めるセラミック粉末と、(2)アガロイドのゲル生成材 料であって、該ゲル生成材料及び水の約1.5重量%を占めるゲルに対して約0 ℃乃至約22℃の温度で測定したゲル強度が少なくとも約100g/cm2であ るゲル生成材料と、(3)アガロイドのゲル生成材料用の溶媒とを含み、前記混 合物を、該混合物にせん断作用を与えると共に、前記混合物の温度を約70乃至 100℃まで上昇させるように加熱されたブレンダの中で形成する工程と、(b )前記混合物を加熱して該混合物をモールドへ供給する工程であって、前記第1 の温度が60℃及び100℃の範囲にある工程と、(c)アガロイドのゲル生成 材料のゲル化点あるいはこれよりも低いより冷たい第2の温度で前記混合物を成 形し、これにより、前記粉末と、前記アガロイドのゲル生成材料を含むゲルとか ら成る物品を製造する工程とを備え、前記第2のより冷たい温度が、10℃及び 35℃の範囲にあることを特徴とする方法。 2.請求項1の方法において、前記工程(a)の後に、前記混合物をそのゲル化 点よりも低い温度まで冷却する工程を備えることを特徴とする方法。 3.請求項2の方法において、前記ブレンダから前記混合物を取り出す工程を備 えることを特徴とする方法。 4.請求項3の方法において、前記混合物を破砕して均一な粒子を形成する工程 を更に備えることを特徴とする方法。 5.請求項1の方法において、前記ゲル生成材料は、前記混合物の重量の約0. 5%乃至約6%を占めることを特徴とする方法。 6.請求項5の方法において、前記混合物は更に、モノ−、ジ−又はポリオール 化合物を含むことを特徴とする方法。 7.請求項6の方法において、前記モノ−、ジ−又はポリオール化合物及びこれ らの混合体が、前記混合物中のゲル生成材料及びゲル生成溶媒の重量の約20% 以下の量を占めることを特徴とする方法。 8.請求項1の方法において、前記アガロイドが、寒天、アガローゼ又はこれら の混合体であることを特徴とする方法。 9.請求項5の方法において、前記アガロイドが、寒天、アガローゼ又はこれら の混合体であることを特徴とする方法。 10.射出成形方法において、 (a)混合物を生成する工程であって、該混合物が、(1)前記混合物の容積の 約40%乃至60%を占め、金属、非金属及びこれらの混合体の酸化物、ホウ化 物、窒化物、ケイ化物、及び炭化物から成る群から選択される粉末と、 (2)アガロイドのゲル生成材料であって、該ゲル生成材料及び水の約4重量% を占めるゲルに対して0℃乃至約22℃の温度で測定したゲル強度が少なくとも 約500g/cm2であるゲル生成材料と、(3)アガロイドのゲル生成材料用 の溶媒と、(4)キャリアとを含み、前記混合物を、該混合物にせん断作用を与 えると共に、前記混合物の温度を約70乃至100℃まで上昇させるように加熱 されたブレンダの中で形成する工程と、 (b)前記混合物をモールドの中へ注入する注入工程であって、該注入工程の前 に、前記アガロイドのゲル生成材料のゲル化点よりも高い第1の温度で前記混合 物を加熱し、前記第1の温度が約60℃乃至100℃の間の範囲にある注入工程 と、 (c)前記モールドの中で、前記アガロイドのゲル生成材料のゲル化点よりも低 い第2の温度まで前記混合物を冷却し、これにより、前記粉末と、前記アガロイ ドのゲル生成材料を含むゲルとから成る物品を形成する工程とを備え、前記第2 の温度が約10℃乃至35℃の間の範囲にあることを特徴とする射出成形方法。
