Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.丸味をもった実質的球状で生体適合性の実質的に再吸収しない、互いに密集 または接触した詳細なセラミック粒子のマトリックスから成り、上記セラミック 粒子は食作用を避けるのに十分な大きさを有していることを特徴とする移植また は注射可能な軟質組織増強材料。 2.約30容量%以下の表面間隙率を有する請求の範囲1記載の軟質組織増強材 料。 3.理論密度の約75〜100%の密度を有する請求の範囲1記載の軟質組織増 強材料。 4、セラミック粒子の直径が15ミクロン以上である請求の範囲1記載の軟質組 織増強材料。 5.セラミック粒子の粒度分布が約35〜150ミクロンである請求の範囲1記 載の軟質組織増強材料。 6.セラミック粒子の粒度範囲が約35ミクロン以下である請求の範囲1記載の 軟質組織増強材料。 7.粒度範囲が約20ミクロン以下である請求の範囲6記載の軟質組織増強材料 。 8.粒度が実質的に等しい請求の範囲7記載の軟質組織増強材料。 9.セラミック粒子間の隙間空間が、下限と上限で定義される粒度範囲において 下限が粒度範囲の平均値の0.4倍以上となる粒度範囲の使用によって、最大限 にされている請求の範囲1記載の軟質組織増強材料。 10.セラミック粒子がリン酸カルシウム、ケイ酸カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム またはアルミナからなる請求の範囲1記載の軟質組織増強材料。 11.リン酸カルシウムが、カルシウムヒドロキシリン灰石、リン酸四カルシウ ム、ピロリン酸カルシウム、リン酸三カルシウム、リン酸ハカルシウム、カルシ ウムフルオロリン灰石、リン灰石炭酸カルシウムおよびこれらの混合物の群から 選ばれる請求の範囲10記載の軟質組織増強材料。 12.リン酸カルシウムがカルシウムヒドロキシリン灰石である請求の範囲11 記載の軟質組織増強材料。 13.生体適合性の再吸収性液体潤滑剤に均質に懸濁されている請求の範囲1記 載の軟質組織増強材料。 14.セラミック粒子の量が、セラミック粒子と液体潤滑剤の懸濁液からなる軟 質組織増強材料全量の約15〜50容量%で変化する請求の範囲13記載の軟質 組織増強材料。 15.液体溜滑剤が、水性グリセリンおよびカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリ ウムからなるゲルである請求の範囲13記載の軟質組織増強材料。 16.ゲル中の水とグリセリンの割合がそれぞれ、約10〜100:90〜0で 変化する請求の範囲15記載の軟質組織増強材料。 17.ゲル中の水とグリセリンの割合がそれぞれ、約25〜100:75〜25 で変化する請求の範囲15記載の軟質組織増強材料。 18.カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムが、約1000〜2800センチ ポイズの粘度を有する請求の範囲15記載の軟質組織増強材料。 19.カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムが、ゲル中に約0.25〜5重量 %の量で存在する請求の範囲15記載の軟質組織増強材料。 20.カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムが、ゲル中に約1.25〜3.2 5重量%の量で存在する請求の範囲19記載の軟質組織増強材料。 21.軟質組織増強を必要とする哺乳動物の所定部位に、丸味をもった実質的球 状で生体適合性の実質的に再吸収しない、互いに密集または接触した詳細なセラ ミック粒子のマトリックスから成り、上記セラミック粒子が食作用を避げるのに 十分な大きさを有している軟質組織増強材料を投入することを特徴とする軟質組 織増強方法。 22.軟質組織増強材料が、約30容量%以下の表面間際率を有する請求の範囲 21記載の軟質組織増強方法。 23.軟質組織増強材料が、理論密度の約75〜100%の密度を有する請求の 範囲21記載の改質組織増強方法。 24.セラミック粒子の直径が15ミクロン以上である請求の範囲21記載の軟 質組織増強方法。 25.セラミック粒子の粒度分布が約35〜150ミクロンである請求の範囲2 1記載の軟質組織増強方法。 26.セラミック粒子の粒度範囲が約35ミクロン以下である請求の範囲21記 載の軟質組織増強方法。 27.セラミック粒子の粒度範囲が約20ミクロン以下である請求の範囲21記 載の軟質組織増強方法。 28.セラミック粒子の粒度が実質的に等しい請求の範囲21記載の軟質組織増 強方法。 29.セラミック粒子間の隙間空間が、下限と上限で定義される粒度範囲におい て下限が粒度範囲の平均値の0.4倍以上となる粒度範囲の使用によって、最大 限にされている請求の範囲21記載の軟質組織増強方法。 30.セラミック粒子がリン酸カルシウム、ケイ酸カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム またはアルミナからなる請求の範囲21記載の軟質組織増強方法。 31.リン酸カルシウムが、カルシウムヒドロキシリン灰石、リン酸四カルシウ ム、ピロリン酸ルシウム、リン酸三カルシウム、リン酸ハカルシウム、カルシウ ムフルオロリン灰石、リン灰石炭酸カルシウムおよびこれらの混合物の群から選 はれる請求の範囲21記載の軟質組織増強方法。 32.リン酸カルシウムがカルシウムヒドロキシリン灰石である請求の範囲21 記載の軟質組織増強方法。 33.軟質組織増強材料が、生体適合性の再吸収性液体潤滑剤に均質に懸濁され ている請求の範囲21記載の軟質組織増強方法。 34.セラミック粒子の量が、セラミック粒子と液体潤滑剤の懸濁液からなる軟 質組織増強材料全量の約15〜50容量%で変化する請求の範囲21記載の軟質 組織増強方法。 35.液体潤滑剤が、水性グリセリンおよびカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリ ウムからなるゲルである請求の範囲21記載の軟質組織増強方法。 36.ゲル中の水とグリセリンの割合がそれぞれ、約15〜100:85〜0で 変化する請求の範囲21記載の軟質組織増強方法。 37.ゲル中の水とグリセリンの割合がそれぞれ、約25〜100:75〜25 で変化する請求の範囲21記載の軟質組織増強方法。 38.カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムが、約1000〜2800センチ ポイズの粘度を有する請求の範囲35記載の軟質組織増強方法。 39.カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムが、ゲル中に約0.25〜5重量 %の量で存在する請求の範囲35記載の軟質組織増強方法。 40.カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムが、ゲル中に約1.25〜3.2 5重量%の量で存在する請求の範囲35記載の軟質組織増強方法。 41.軟質組織増強材料を、増強部位へ注射で投入する請求の範囲21記載の軟 質組織増強方法。 42.軟質組織増強材料を皮内に注射する請求の範囲41記載の軟質組織増強方 法。 43.軟質組織増強材料を皮下に注射する請求の範囲41記載の軟質組織増強方 法。 44.軟質組織増強材料を移植で投入する請求の範囲21記載の軟質組織増強方 法。 45.軟質組織増強を、尿失禁の治療のため、尿道括約筋で行う請求の範囲21 記載の軟質増強方法。
