Claims (17)
- 1.約10ないし90重量%のペンタフルオロエタンと、約90ないし10重量 %のジフルオロメタンとを含む、実質的に定沸である混合物。
- 2.クロロジフルオロメタン、1,2,2,2−テトラフルオロエタン、1,1 ,2,2−テトラフルオロエタン、1,1,1−トリフルオロエタン、フルオロ エタン、オクタフルオロプロパン、プロパン、トリフルオロメタン、及び1,1 ,1,2,3,3,3−ヘプタフルオロプロパンからなる群から選択される少な くとも1つの化合物を含む、請求の範囲第1項記載の実質的に定沸である混合物 。
- 3.約13ないし23重量%のペンタフルオロエタンと、約77ないし87重量 %のジフルオロメタンとを含む、請求の範囲第1項記載の実質的に定沸である混 合物。
- 4.約18.5重量%のペンタフルオロエタンと、約81.5重量%のジフルオ ロメタンとを含み、70.2psiaで約−15.3℃の沸点を有する共沸混合 物。
- 5.約60.6重量%のペンタフルオロエタンと、約39.4重量%のジフルオ ロメタンとを含む、実質的に定沸である混合物。
- 6.約55ないし90重量%のペンタフルオロエタンと、約45ないし10重量 %のジフルオロメタンとを含む、実質的に定沸である混合物。
- 7.クロロジフルオロメタン、1,2,2,2−テトラフルオロエタン、1,1 ,2,2−テトラフルオロエタン、1,1,1−トリフルオロエタン、フルオロ エタン、オクタフルオロプロパン、プロパン、トリフルオロメタン、及び1,1 ,1,2,3,3,3−へプタフルオロプロパンからなる群から選択される少な くとも1つの化合物を含む、請求の範囲第6項記載の実質的に定沸である混合物 。
- 8.約60ないし85重量%のペンタフルオロエタンと、約15ないし40重量 %のジフルオロメタンとを含む、請求の範囲第6項記載の実質的に定沸である混 合物。
- 9.約70ないし80重量%のペンタフルオロエタンと、約20ないし30重量 %のジフルオロメタンとを含む、実質的に定沸である混合物。
- 10.請求の範囲第1項記載の混合物を凝縮する工程、その後、冷却される物体 の近傍で前記混合物を蒸発させる工程を具備する冷却方法。
- 11.加熱される物体の近傍で請求の範囲第1項記載の混合物を凝縮する工程、 その後、前記混合物を蒸発させる工程を具備する加熱方法。
- 12.熱輸送媒体として請求の範囲第1項記載の混合物を使用する工程を具備す る加熱又は冷却方法。
