Abstract

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)熱回復性物品を基体の周囲に位置させ、(b)熱硬化性接着剤組成物 層を熱回復性物品および封止すべき基体の間に位置させ、該接着剤組成物は、本 質的に非結晶質の熱可塑性樹脂および未硬化の熱硬化性樹脂のブレンドを含んで なり、 (c)物品と接着剤を加熱して、物品を基体に向かって回復させ、接着剤を硬化 させることにより基体を封止することを含んでなる基体の封止方法。 2.内側表面に接着剤層を有する熱回復性物品を基体の周囲に配置して、工程( a)および(b)を同時に行う請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.工程(b)を工程(a)の前に行って、接着剤層を、基体を包囲するシート 状に形成する請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 4.基体が接当するパイプどうしに隣接する部位およびパイプどうしを連結する 手段を有する請求の範囲1、2または3に記載の方法。 5.接着剤組成物が更に硬化剤を含んでなる請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 6.熱硬化性樹脂が、エポキシ樹脂と、イソフタロイルジヒドラジド、ベンゾフ ェノンテトラカルボン酸二無水物、ジエチルトルエンジアミン、3,5−ジメチ ルチオ−2,4−トルエンジアミン、ジシアンジアミド、置換イミダゾール、ジ アミノジフェニルスルホン、置換尿素、置換ジシアンジアミド、固体ポリアミド 、固体芳香族アミン、固体無水物、ピロメリット酸二無水物、フェノール樹脂硬 化剤、ポリ(p−ヒドロキシスチレン)、イミダゾール、2−フェニル−4,5 −ジヒドロキシメチルイミダゾールおよび2,4−ジアミノ−6[2′−メチル イミダゾリル−(1)]エチル−s−トリアジンイソシアネート付加生成物、三 フッ化ホウ素:アミン錯体、トリアリルイソシアヌレート、トリアリルシアヌレ ート、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、過酸化物、およびトリブチル −スズージラウレートからなる群から選ばれる硬化剤を含んでなる熱硬化性樹脂 である請求の範囲5に記載の方法。 7.接着剤組成物が更に硬化促進剤、好ましくは置換尿素またはイミダゾールを 含んでなる請求の範囲5に記載の方法。 8.接着剤組成物が、 (i)ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリスチレン、ポリフェニレンオ キサイド、非結晶性ポリアミド、フェノキシ樹脂、非結晶性ポリイミド、ポリエ ーテルイミド、ポリエーテルイミド/シリコーンブロックコポリマー、ポリウレ タン、非結晶性ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、アクリル樹脂、ポリメチルメ タクリレート、スチレン/アクリロニトリルおよびスチレンブロックコポリマー からなる群から選ばれる非結晶性熱可塑性樹脂、および(ii)エポキシ樹脂、 ポリウレタン、ビスマレイミド樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル、トリアリルイソシア ネート、トリアリルシアヌレートおよびトリメチロールプロパントリアクリレー トからなる群から選ばれる熱硬化性樹脂を含んでなる請求の範囲1〜7のいずれ かに記載の方法。 9.物品が、本質的に非結晶性の熱可塑性樹脂および未硬化の熱硬化性樹脂を含 んでなる熱硬化性接着剤組成物層を表面に有する熱回復性物品を含んでなる請求 の範囲1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法への使用に適する製品。 10.(1)(a)本質的に非結晶性の熱可塑性樹脂、および(b)熱硬化性樹 脂 を含んでなるポリマー成分、ならびに (2)ポリマー成分中に分散した粒状導電性充填剤を含んでなる導電性ポリマー 組成物。
