Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a tower crane wherein work for laying a beam of a building can be efficiently and economically performed by eliminating necessity for a lock pin insertion hole so that a lift device can be lifted to move along a mast where a beam joint is previously protruded. CONSTITUTION:In a tower crane 1 of utilizing a mast 2 as a pillar of a building, the crane is constituted such that a beam joint 22 of the building is overhung with a space provided in a height direction of the mast 2, and a telescopically operable lift device 3 of connecting upper/lower part frames 31, 32 by a jack 33 is lifted in a measurer like manner along the mast 2 by stopping the upper/ lower part frames 31, 32 hooked to the beam joint 22.

2. Description of the Related Art A tower crane used for the construction of a high-rise building has its mast used as a pillar of a building after use. By the way, this tower crane is equipped with a lifting device for lifting. In the conventional tower crane, a steel pipe is used for the mast, and insertion holes for the lock pins of the lifting device are opened in the steel pipe at equal intervals in the height direction. On the other hand, the elevating device has two upper and lower frames which are constituted by a frame body which is just externally mounted on the steel pipe, and the frames are connected by a climbing jack to be extendable and contractible. Further, the upper and lower frames are provided with lock pins that can be projected and housed in order to fit into the insertion holes of the steel pipe. When the lifting device is moved up and down, the climbing jacks are repeatedly expanded and contracted, and at the same time, the lock pins of the upper and lower frames are inserted instead of the insertion holes of the steel pipe, and the weight of the lifting device is transferred to the steel pipe through the lock pin. While depositing, move up and down like a scale.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The above-described conventional tower crane has the following problems. <a> The steel pipe that the hoisting device moves up and down requires an insertion hole for the lock pin, and if the steel pipe is used as a pillar of a building, the insertion hole must be closed and the work process is complicated. there were. <B> If there is a protrusion on the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe, the lifting device cannot be moved up and down, so that the beam joint required for the column cannot be attached to the steel pipe in advance. Therefore, the beam joint or the beam must be directly welded to the steel pipe erected at the site, which causes a decrease in work efficiency.

And a boom 4 and an operation chamber 5 installed above the lifting device 3. Each part will be described in detail below. <A> Configuration of Mast (FIGS. 2, 4, and 5) The mast 2 is, as shown in FIG. 2, a columnar body 21 made of a steel pipe having a rectangular cross section, and the surface of the columnar body 21 in the height direction. It is formed by the beam connection 22 protruding at intervals. In this example,
There are cases where the beam connection 22 is extended in four directions on the four surfaces of the column 21. The mast 2 configured in this way is used as a pillar of a building after use, and is also used as a movement path of the lifting device 3 described later. The beam connection 22 is a mast 2,
It is a part that is attached as a joint of a beam 24 of a building that is laid horizontally between two, and can be used as a hooking member when the lifting device 3 moves, and is made of, for example, H steel. Also, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, V is placed on the beam joint 22.
A pedestal 25 having a V-shaped groove may be installed.

<B> Elevating device (FIGS. 1 and 3) As shown in FIG. 3, the elevating device 3 includes an upper frame 31, a lower frame 32, a climbing jack 33, a lock pin 34, and a guide roller 35. It is composed of The upper frame 31 and the lower frame 32 are formed of a frame body, and are externally mounted with the mast 2 penetrating therethrough. That is,
It is located on the outer peripheral surface of the beam joint 22, and is formed in a size that does not contact the beam joint 22. The upper frame 31 and the lower frame 32 have guide rollers 35 placed at their corners, and lock pins 34 provided inside. The wheel of the guide roller 35 is provided with a groove at the center. This guide roller 3
Reference numeral 5 is a portion that matches the corner portion of the pillar body 21 of the mast 2 and keeps the space between the lifting device 3 and the mast 2 constant to prevent the lifting device 3 from rotating in the horizontal direction. The lock pin 34 is
The upper frame 31 and the lower frame 32 are provided so as to project inside, and are configured so that they can be horizontally projected and housed by a jack installed at the base thereof. The climbing jack 33 is a jack that connects the upper frame 31 and the lower frame 32 such that they can expand and contract. The climbing jack 33 has a length corresponding to one section of the beam joints 22 and 22 of the mast 2 at least when contracted, and a length corresponding to two sections of the beam joints 22 and 22 when expanded, so that the climbing jack 33 is expanded and contracted to thereby form the upper frame 31. The distance between the lower frame 32 and the lower frame 32 can be adjusted. As shown in FIG. 1, scaffolding 3 is provided around the upper frame 31 and the lower frame 32.
6 may be provided.

<B> Movement of Lifting Device (FIGS. 6 and 7) In FIG. 6, the lock pin 34 of the upper frame 31 is housed. Then, the climbing jack 33 is extended to move the upper frame 31, the boom 4, and the operation chamber 5 upward. The extension of the climbing jack 33 is adjusted so that the lock pin 34 of the upper frame 31 comes to the upper part of the upper beam connection 22. Next, the lock pin 34 of the upper frame 31 is projected and hooked on the pedestal 25 of the beam joint 22. Then, the lock pin 34 of the lower frame 32 is housed, the climbing jack 33 is contracted, and the lower frame 32 is raised. When the lower frame 32 is lifted up to the upper beam joint 22, the lock pin 34 is projected,
The beam connection 22 is hooked on the pedestal 25 to complete the movement of the lifting device 3. In this way, the building of the building is constructed by repeating the standing of the mast 2 and the movement of the lifting device 3.
